On May second we ordered a windshield and a crash bar from SP Motolife and have yet to receive either part I have contacted them twice now with no response so I went today may 12th and disputed the transaction with my card company. I hope we at least get our money returned. I am at a loss as what to do now. Except wait.Initial Complaint

Wrong fit. After I ordered this I sent 3 emails trying to get a response but never heard anything. I received it today and when I tried to get a return label there is no way to get one. I did send a email but if I don’t get a response by tomorrow I have to go through BBB for helpCustomer response

I figure maybe send it to this address but looks like a storage unit. What should I do?

I placed Order #***** with Moto Life Products on 01/03/2023 for a handlebar, control peg kit, and hand grips for $283.89 in January and it was never sent. I initially emailed ****@motolifeproducts.com on January 9th requesting an update on the delayed shipping was past the 3-4 day shipping window they stated in the cart and never received an email stating the parcel was to be delayed. Their site allows you to contact them via email on the page or copy email. they ask for a 24-hour window response time. On January 10th due to the no response, I sent an email to cancel the order and issue a refund. I even just bought the control peg kit on Amazon after sending a canceled order email on January 10th. Since my Motorcycle is my only mode of transportation. February 7th send an email to *******@motolifeproducts.com for an update on the refund. I used 'Shop Pay-Affirm' to pay for the order and submitted a dispute with the lender today February 02/07/2023 due to the lack of communication from Moto Life Products.Initial Complaint

I purchased a replacement front fender for a 2011 Harley Davidson Sportster from motolifeproducts.com for the total amount of $142.98 on May 8, 2023 order #*****. I received the item on or about May 19, 2023. The quality of the paint on the fender was extremely poor. I immediately submitted a return / refund request on the motolifeproduct website. I did receive a response asking if the item was still in new unused condition and in the original packaging. I replied to their response that it was, and I was awaiting return instructions. I waited until May 22, 2023 to request return instructions again, but received no response. I submitted a third request on or about June 4, 2023 and advised them that if I received no resolution that I would be filing a complaint. I have not received a phone call or email response from this company (outside of the first response). I have checked my spam folder as well. I still have the item in the original packaging and just want to return it for a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a license plate bracket from this company for my motorcycle on May 10, 2023. I received the plate holder which is a poorly 3D printed piece of plastic that isn’t good quality and just honestly, looks terrible. I was shocked at the fact this is what they’re selling and not annotating it on their site that it’s homemade rudimentary quality, in order for the customer to make an educated decision. This is definitely not what thought I was going to receive when I ordered it. I contacted the company multiple times and each time I was sent a random question that I promptly answered and then they didn’t respond until I had to email them again multiple occasions. The first question asked if it was in original packaging- which there was none, they literally put it in a **** cardboard envelope and it is still in there unused, awaiting return instructions. The second question asked is why I want to return the item, which is the poor craftsmanship of the holder and I want to go in a different direction. There aren’t any instructions to complete the return on site you just have to email their gmail and request it which I’ve done. Their site states returns are easy, and that is not the case. I’m a disabled vet on a fixed income and I just wanted my money back.Business response
