      Today, August 22, 2024, I received a call from ********** I answered, and a very pushy woman (forgot her name) tried to get me to verify my social and other sensitive information. I asked her to send me the bill she she has my information. After finding hers, I told her I would call the company directly. I put her on block and refuse to let it upset my day. Generally, I pay my bills in a timely manner. If by chance I missed someone 6.5 years ago I certainly would want to have a civil conversation about a legal matter.Rude customer service gets less customer response. SEND ME THE BILL! YOU HAVE MY INFORMATION! Thank you

      I received a phone call from this company just now. The lady asked if it was me and I said yes then I asked who was calling and she repeated to ask me 3-4 more times if it was me before finally telling me who she was. When she told me who she was after talking way to fast trying to get me to probably not know what company it was, I stated I have all my debt in a debt management program. She said they have not received payment and I let her know I have several others in the program as well they have not gotten to them yet. She kept trying to say that it needed to be taken care of and I understand that, but it has to go through the debt management program how they do things as I placed them in there that is just the consolidation rules to go in order they see fit that is best for me to get out of debt. She was talking way too fast and with an attitude which was being really rude. I will pay on this when it is time to pay on it with the debt consolidation. She finally said I will just put down your refusing to pay on this. Um I never said once I was not going to pay on it so how could she assume that! No customer service skills at all!

      This company has called my family members and harrased all of us. They have no business calling family members, friends etc... I pulled my credit report, and there is no information on a debt concerning them. Meaning this is some false information. I'd be very grateful for these people, whoever they are, to never ever contact me or my family again.

      Is a very ****** aggressive credit collection agency. Expect a very rude staff that has no fear of using profanity during calls. Highly suggest recording your calls with anyone within this company.

      I received a phone call today from this company D2 Management. I spoke with a lady by the name of ***************. She was very rude and unprofessional. Stated I had a debt from Dec 2015 (9 years ago?). And they just now received it. Told her I didn't recognize or recall the debt from a "Check Smart", during the time she stated. She didn't provide me with any other information in regards to it, except for the amount owed of $193.00. She knew the last four of my S.S number. She asked me if the email they have on file was correct. And it wasn't. I never heard of a "@adelphia.com" email. She was very rude, aggressive, and demanding. When I told her I couldn't pay, she got very mad and stated "so you are refusing to pay". "That's what I am marking down, that you are refusing to pay". And then hung up on me. She wouldn't let me explain my situation. Very dismissive. She made it seem legit at first, but I feel that it may be a scam. Just by how demanding and rude she was. Kept talking over me. As well as not being able to provide me with any further information. I felt cornered, or like a deer in headlights. I also do not have any mention of this on my credit reports. I thought debt collectors work with you and not against you to help you resolve a debt. I feel she/the company could use some training on ways to improve how they communicate, listen and treat people. If its not a scam, try having some respect, along with some empathy. It will get you a little bit further. Thank you.

      I recieved a phone call from a very aggressive female. When I asked about the validity of the debt, she threatened to "make sure I was held accountable."Poor ethics.

      I got a call from someone identifying themselves as calling from D2 Management about a debt that I remember paying more than half a decade ago. I requested a copy of any due diligence available to me, and the person on the call simply stated, "no, we do not have to do that, your social security number is [read out my full social security number] and we will mark you down as unwilling to negotiate, have a great day," and hung up. This is wildly unprofessional. I have not received anything from them, and the person on the phone indicated they just got the account...so which one is it? You've done your due diligence or it's a brand new account? If they had done a single minute of due diligence they would know more than my SSN, which apparently they're trained to yell at callers when the immediate response isn't that the caller will give them all the money they want. They don't seem to know what they're doing, or they're just trying to scare people without a backbone into paying for scams.

      Lady just called, giving my SS# and Birthday to verify it was me, That I understand continued to talk over me, basically demanding a payment for a past debit i was under the impression was paid off, keep talking no stop and rudely telling me she want to help me and this has to be resolved today!. I asked that the information be E-mailed to me at the address they had on file, which was correct so that I can look in to the matter and that i did not currently have the **** dollars she was requesting. Her response was that i was trying to "BUCK ON HER" what ever that means and she was "NOT THE ONE TO **** ON" said good luck and hung up phone as I was trying to talk.Very rude, hardly shut up long enough to ask a question or give and answer.

      Called me and was suppose to be about a debit and would t give me anymore information but would tell me my ss# and dob which is illegal!! Definitely scammers

      Was called several times and was spoken to very rudely was threatened if I didn't pay bill in full I was going to jail. Then sent me text stated make offer I made offer that wasn't good anuff. This place needs shut down for being unprofessional & rude disrespectful staff. They need to look up the law if customer made offer to them and they denied offer then they can't come for you any more thank God I save my responses and record there unprofessional selfs
