They sell cheap counterfeit, shipping is careless (unacceptable) banged up and their customer service is a joke. They string you along, they tell you your wrong and in the end just take your money.Product descriptions are misleading, not genuine and after youre left holding the bag, they basically tell you; Tough luck, you fell for it!Review from Claudia A

A scam site. I ordered a toy and sound effects were in Chinese. Battery compartment got hot after a few minutes of use. They do not offer refunds and will exchange but it costs a fortune to send back defective item. **************** is a scam, same return email messages from a different person each time. This place needs to be shut down. I'm regretting that I fell for it.Review from Pamela A

I would not recommend this company. Products are not the quality shown. When I asked to return the toy I purchased because it was not what the website had indicated it would be I was told that initial shipping, taxes and return shipping costs to their wearhouse in ***** would be deducted from any refund. This is a scam site and should be shut down. The customer service is a joke-they all but refused my refund for a broken item that was not the same as what was listed on the site. The item was $100, but was clearly a knock-off item made with very cheap plastic, and also was missing pieces and was broken. Im not sure how they are still in business but should be shut down. They claim to have a 100% money back guarantee, but I ultimately had to get PayPal involved and open a case to even attempt to get my money back. As it stands, I am still awaiting payment, and the item was returned and delivered. Absolute scam.Review from Shekita S

This place is a scam. I never received a tracking number. When I email them to the them know I wanted a refund . I received an email along with the tracking information. They will not allow any refunds.Review from Randy I

This retainer is a scam. I ordered an item on the website. When the package arrived, it did not have a receipt and it was the incorrect item. The item description and measurements do not match the website. I've tried to work out a return or exchange. The "support" staff keeps sending me form responses and asking for photos of the item. They will not reply to my request to return the item. It has been over a month. Think twice before ordering.
