My partner, *************************, and I took our 1991 truck into ***** at South Carolina European Auto Repair on ****************** about June 14th 2024. We keep being told the truck will be ready for pick up, but that has been getting repeatedly pushed out, which I understand can happen with auto repair shops. The issue is now we are needing to have that vehicle back, and have been unable to reach *****. ****** has been texting and calling *****, and I have started leaving voicemails at the shop, with minimal replies. We even went by the shop in person to talk to *****, but he was out. We were told he would give us a call when he returned, which never happened. At this point, we just want our truck back. If it was working that would be great as it has been there two months. If not, an update would be nice. I looked on ****** reviews and other people have experienced this problem with the shop and ***** as well.
