1. On 9/9/2021 I terminated my mandatory golf membership with Palmetto Hall Golf and Country Club, talking to the membership manager **** ********, ***********************. 2. He terminated my membership and credited my membership account with the balance of $371.90 stating a check would be sent "in 7 to 10 days" 3. When no check was received, I contacted **** ******** again, who repeated the check would be forthcoming in 7-10 days and I was entitled to an additional $32.05 adjustment that was withheld, now totaling $403.95 4. After numerous emails and calls to him, his manager **** ****** and the ***** **** *** **** ***** I have received no return call or email regarding this matter.Business response

We had incorrect forwarding address for *** **** and we recently updated his mailing address in the system. I personally mailed his refund check to the listed affress after **** ******** notified me that he received this information with an updated forwarding address.
At this point the refund has been provided and account reconciled.
