On Jan 23,2024 I booked a reservation at a resort in ***** starting on June 8 through Quest Travel for $764.75. I paid the extra $50 for the cancellation insurance just in case of an emergency. On April 30, 2024 I cancelled the reservation and requested a full refund through their website. On June 6 I received a confirmation email from Quest stating that my reservation was still in active, so I immediately called them to again cancel the reservation. I spoke to their agent and explained that I canceled the entire reservation in April and he said that his records show I only cancelled my $50 insurance policy and that he could no longer issue a refund because I didn't have cancellation insurance anymore. He also refused to cancel the reservation because he said two days is not enough time to speak with the resort to cancel in time. I asked to speak with his manager and he said that someone will call me back which they never did. Well, since I have not heard from them and it's such a difficult task to reach them through their caller automated system, I have decided to file this complaint because I really don't feel like they're willing to refund my money. I feel like on their website when I pushed the tab which asked me if I "would you like to cancel this reservation?" that their system maybe accidentally or purposefully canceled my insurance policy without me knowing. Either way I feel like I called them on June 6 with enough time to rectify the obvious error but they refused work with me to resolve this. I just want to get my money back, that's all. Thanks
