I have tried to cancel with them for over a year. We ran into financial difficulties and couldnt continue. I was told we could cancel by sending an email- this is what I did. The. They said I. Had to call. I did this I was told I couldnt cancel. Its been over a year and I said I dont want this I cant afford this due to medical problems and loss of job. They wont cancel my membership. This is a scam the properties arent available and the prices are higher than I could get as a re regular travel agent. I was roped I to this I a sleazy time share talk and the feee vacation wasnt even valid as they wrote in down in sharpie. They threatened me with a lawsuit and debt collection and now its been over a year and I just want to cancel so I dont get charged and they cant even do that. Scam

I purchased this back in 2019 after an anniversary trip. We did not purchase the timeshare but went ************ and the salesman was great so we ended up getting the package. We have not been able to use the package because we are a family of 10 and the prices are no better than Priceline or any other site so we could not use the package. Due to financial burdens during the pandemic we fell behind on payments but tried to stay current until we couldn't. It went into collections but has since been paid off because I did not want it to go on my credit. We cannot reach Quest Travel Club to see how to cancel. The collection agency is saying more money is owed but there is a zero balance. If the company is no longer operating I would like to cut all ties and get my money back on a product that I cannot or have not used. I have called and reached out to many numbers but all attempts have been exhausted or the lines are disconnected.Review from B. H.

I am so disappointed not only behind the scam, but more so because i really liked our sales person ***. He was such a cool guy. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He showed us saving of over 50% and told us that they have the cheapest prices and the all other sites (booking, ***************** ,com all get there stock from them). He even explained that when we have friend book under us we should give them a price break but not give them what we pay (as if it was so much cheaper). We were never told that we had 3 days to cancel even though you don't get access to the website for 3 days. In addition when you get to the website NONE of the prices he showed us were there. This is definitely a scam. I am highly upset and will be reporting this to every site, BBB, new entity I can so that other people that work hard for their money will not lose theirs too.Quest Travel Club Response

UPDATE: *** reached out to us to help us with all our concerns. He explained that although the biggest benefits are seen in the week booking, we will still receive savings through the price match part of the program. He said if we find a better deal somewhere else, we upload it and they will match it plus 10%. I no longer think this is a scam because although the prices were not as cheap as i expected, we will always pay the lowest rate with the price match plus 10% discount.Review from Laura H

This company lies nothing that I was told is to be found true. When I signed up they told me the hotel prices would be cheaper they are higher than anyone else. They said that the jet ski were free was charged for them and they keep calling wanting payment for selling me a dream. Nothing they told me has aligned with the truth. I want to cancel this before it hits my creditor and gives me a collection debt. For selling a lie.Quest Travel Club Response
