We've rented several homes from Beach Properties over the last few years and have always been pleased with them. The rental agents have always been helpful, both in helping us find homes to suit our needs as well as making the rental process easy. If we did need maintenance or service while there, they were very responsive and quickly resolved our issue. We recommend renting through Beach Properties of Hilton Head.

Rented one of their properties for 5 nights in early August 2024. Walked into the condo and the first thing that hits you is stale cigarette smoke smell especially because the ** was set to 75 and had not been running. We had to buy a candle that night. Lazy maintenance on this property. My wife hung up a hand towel in the master bathroom and the towel rack crashed to the floor. It wasn't actually secured to the wall, just placed in the holes. Likewise my 13-year-old son went to use the shower in the larger bathroom and he pulled the sliding glass door down on top of him. It was not actually in the tracks and someone had just propped it back up rather than actually fixing it. Most disappointing is that we had to leave a few days early due to Hurricane ***** and this company refused 3 times - 2x over the phone and once in writing - to offer us a partial refund or credit. We travel to *** every year but this was the first and only time we've used this company.Review from Anthony B

Beach Properties is the only company to rent from. Their service is fantastic. The condo units are always lovely and well maintained. I've used them for rentals for a number of years and will continue to do so. I also highly recommend Sea Crest as it's beautiful, on the beach, and close to everything.Beach Properties of Hilton Head Response

Beach Properties of HH offered excellent customer service. We called about a pool issue when we first arrived and it was resolved swiftly. Someone from the office contacted us at least twice during the week to ask if we had any concerns and if so, to reach out immediately.The house in ********* was clean and well appointed. It's the best place my family and I have rented on the island in 15 years.I highly recommend this management company. Our days at *** have probably come to a close but should we return this is the company I will contact first.Beach Properties of Hilton Head Response

Great during reservations process with prompt responses to questions. Staff exceptionally helpful from reservation to check-in. Attention to detail. Property well maintained and prepared. Very responsive to questions/calls during the stay.Beach Properties of Hilton Head Response

We recently rented a beachfront condo at ************* in ************** from Beach Properties of Hilton Head. The unit was sparkling clean, updated and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Beach Properties was responsive when we had a minor maintenance issue, and their service team was prompt, efficient, and polite. Another wonderful week on HHI!
