      After two attempts to have my wedding dress cleaned and preserved, from November to now, Dixie cleaners has been extremely uncooperative and refuses to issue a refund. Raj picked my dress up to get my dress cleaned and preserved correctly mid December. When he returned it weeks later, the box was falling apart. I contacted him to ask when this would be fixed. After he didn't respond, I asked for a refund. He denied being able to return my money. After stating he'd sent my videos of my dress to their cleaning company, he stopped responding. This screenshot is my last attempt at a refund or I was calling my attorney. Raj stated, "Please do". Out of the three representatives I've worked with, all are unprofessional, and rude. I paid $376.99 and I want my money back.

You drop off your wedding Gown to clean and preserve on Oct 15th,2021 and you picked up from our Knightville location on Nov 8th,2021. We understand that you Complaint first time that We preserve your Wedding Gown up-side down. We apologized and offer you that we can Preserve your Wedding Gown again as Redo and inform you to drop off at our Knightville location. As you mention us you are feel good to drop off to our location then I personally came to your home and Pick up the Wedding Gown and Re press it and sent you the Pic and Video as you requested. Once you full satisfied with our work and after your authorization we box the Gown again with out any Single mistake. As you requested we bag the beaded and Veil in the separate bag and I personally deliver to your home. I called you when I came for delivery to shaw you but you were not at home so I hang the beaded and Veil hang on the hook and set the Preserve Box on the front porch. Please see attached pic for your reference how We box the Gown when we delivered you. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or Concerns. I have never met or communicated with anyone named "Nick". The only gentleman I've communicated with in regards to a second attempt at cleaning & preserving my wedding dress is "Raj". At first, Raj was very kind and professional to complete the wedding dress cleaning and preservation during a second attempt. He was kind enough to pick up and drop off at my home. When I opened the delivery box (larger box dress was delivered in), the box to preserve the wedding dress (smaller box with wedding dress inside), was not fastened or secured. The wedding dress was falling off of the cardboard bust, and flap to keep wedding dress box closed is coming open. (Please see attachments received 2/1/22). As previously stated, I would like a billing adjustment of what I paid, $376.99. I need to have my wedding dress cleaned and preserved correctly with another company. Raj communicated with you and try to resolved your problem and the same time I don't want to interfere while he already help you out. But me and Raj both together when we came to pick up the grown from your home and delivered back. As you requested you need the beaded and Veil on the side in the bag. Majority part of the gown is on the side in the bag. So it obvious to have more space in the box. We can't add any object in the box to fasten for the quality issue. That's the reason we personally came to deliver your Dress and lay down on your front porch. The Video you sent it to Raj, we can see that you set the box in up right position that cause from your end. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me for any concerns.
