***** did an appraisal on for my home refinance 3/1/2022. I had a horrific experience a couple weeks prior with an appraisal coming in well below what my home was worth. I disputed the appraisal with my lenders assistance and still was granted no resolve even with evidence of the same exact Lennar home across from me receiving a much higher appraisal with the difference of only a fence and a home 560sq ft behind my home with whom I am friends with coming in 6k more than my home. I take pride in keeping my home clean and well maintained and I know you cannot emotional engage with appraisals but I knew it was too low. I decided to go with a different lender and they provided ***** Trifoso as my new appraiser. ***** was cordial from the first call to the conclusion of my appraisal on the day of service. He answered any questions I had and even provided some insight on timeline and process. My appraisal came back promptly on the day ***** provided it would arrive and I almost cried tears of joy for the figure that came back. I know due to **** rules borrowers are not allowed to discuss details of their appraisal directly with the appraiser but due to having ****** number I did call him and simply say thank you for being fair and doing the due diligence to evaluate my home. I highly recommend this appraiser and his company and rate this company A+.
