      a.  At the bottom left-hand corner of their work order, the first item clearly stated “* There is a $100.00 diagnostic fee.”  Why wouldn’t the Boat Wrench have advised us of their initially diagnostic opinion, that my boat motor was actually “Junk”.  Ignoring their own diagnostic evaluation, the Boat Wrench offers a $843.00 estimate for parts and labor.  The Boat Wrench makes, what appears to be Fraudulent Charges on a “GRAND SCALE, without any authorization, increases their final charges nearly tripling the “Junk Motor” charges to $2165.26, knowing all the while of their initial “Junk Motor” diagnosis.
      b.  At the bottom left-hand corner of their work order, it clearly stated “* Payment of completed work must be paid in full before pick up of unit”.  Paying the bill to get my “Junk Motor” back cannot be confused with “Full Authorization” of what definitely appears to be Fraudulent Charges”

Sorry for the delay. We have been closed due to the holidays. This case has been reviewed by the Consumer Affairs, Chargeback Department and VISA. All in which have sided with T & T Boat Wrench. The customer is unhappy and trying to cause harm to our business. We have been in business for 16 years and have never had a chargeback. We strive for great customer service and all of customers have left here satisfied and happy. We have great certified technicians, and we know what we are doing. We offered numerous times to resolve this issue by refunding the amount of the flywheel and installing the customer's damaged flywheel back on the engine. The customer declined. He signed and authorized the charges after we explained the bill to him numerous times. We have done all we can to make this customer happy and honestly, we feel as though we are wasting our time. We have not and never would take advantage of any customer. The customer was called with an ESTIMATE and was also made fully aware that ESTIMATES are subject to change. We have done no wrong here. We fixed issues that were caused by other facilities and now we are the bad guys. I don't understand why the customer did not refer to BBB for those facilities that caused those issues.
