Had repairs done to transmission: bolt and clutch installed an received truck back with leaking seals. Took truck back for seal repair to fix leaks on truck again but still continued to leak after payment was given to repairs to be completed. All leaks occurred after work on transmission had been performed by company referenced above. Prior to E2 Diesel working on **** ****** 2001 no leaks were present. I got truck back again an still was leaking and mechanic stated bring truck back when you can be out of work for a few days. As instructed I drove truck with leaks and during that time my PTO pump stopped working. I returned truck to mechanic and stated there could be the possibility of low in fluid. The truck has been at E2 Diesel Repair for over a week from June 27, 2023 until currently July 7, 2023 due to initial road call diagnostic for failure of PTO pump. During this time the diagnosis has changed on multiple occasions with no resolution. Evan S****** owner and lead mechanic of E2 Diesel Repair has made multiple statements in writing of parts to be ordered and installed which has not been done. He hasn’t been honest and communication with me has been unacceptable as a business owner. He will not answer phone calls, return call or communicate through other forms of correspondence. Evan stated on July 5th Wednesday he would have my truck put together an I could pick up Thursday July 6, 2023 not as he received it meaning no repairs as stated above would be completed and original PTO pump would not be reinstalled but capped of for transport. On July 6, 2023 as stated by Evan by 10 a.m. truck would be ready for pick up, I didn’t receive call or return text. I call an text no answer. July 7, 2023 still no call or answer. The perception given is bad business, unprofessional and terrible service. Throughout my experience with this company lies after lies have been told with no resolution but compensation is expect and expressed.
