Owner operators beware!!! These people are experienced Crooks, heres my story, my steer tire blew up causing me hit guardrail on the side of highway, truck needed to be towed, when we called they said they charge $350 an hour and 2 hrs minimum, Midget guy by the name Evan is the most corrupt guy ive ever seen in my life, he acted nice saying how it was sunday and everybody was closed even tho i told them the address where i needed my truck dropped off, he lied to me saying theyre not allowed to drop the truck if the shop was closed and offered me to take it to his yard telling me estimate wouldnt cost me anything and if i didnt like their estimate i could just pay the tow bill and walk away, and the tow bill was $1200 for 8-9 miles, that was fine. the address where they took my truck was *** ***** *** *** ****** ********* ps its closed yard next to his house. so he promised me to give me estimate by monday afternoon and if for some reason i find their prices high they promised me to tow my truck to the shop of my choice for free up to 10 miles, i waited 2 days until tuesday noon then they gave me estimate for 40k on parts only, while other shops gave 20k with all oem parts and including labor, so i told them i wanted to pay tow bill and get my truck to different shop, thats when they showed their true face, suddenly they blocked front of my truck with their truck even tho my truck couldnt run, and brought me invoice of almost $6000 the rates werent 350 instead was $600 and estimate was not free like he said, and diagnose FEE??? u kidding me? my truck needed cosmetic repair not computer hooked, i called officer of the county but they already knew each other and my guess they were together, i saw another guy there who had his truck transmission replaced they charged him $6000 to put whole brand new transmission, even dealers charge under $2000, and how they asked him another $2000 to clear his engine light after he paid them... I will see you guys in court!!!!

To begin with, the tow company and our company are two completely separate entities. While yes, we have business agreements to aide in supporting each other as we are both locally small businesses, we are NOT within the same company. ******* ****** is a completely separate entity in its entirety. Your truck had SIGNIFICANT damage to the entire front end, hood, bumper, and tires. If properly claimed on insurance, of which you stated you did NOT have, the truck would have been totaled. To detetmine WHAT parts are needed, DIAGNOSIS has to happen to create an ESTIMATE. How is a technician supposed to know how to FIX the problem without looking at it, removing tires, inspecting, ect. I did not charge you for the 5-6 hours I called around to not only find your parts in stock, but to attempt to best obtain the best price. You stated multiple times that instead of me calling other parts dealers, you ONLY wanted me to utilize Peterbilt, therefore that is what was quoted. There were cheaper parts available at other locations (but were still OEM), of which you declined, only wanting STRAIGHT FROM THE DEALERSHIP and no where else. You were also informed that we are NOT open on the weekends, and therefore, the estimate would come as soon as possible with a GOAL date of Monday afternoon. You were not GUARANTEED the time/day of the estimate arrival. Regarding "blocking your truck in," you were NOT blocked in. Our parking lot is set up with a round-about driveway that is utilized for short-term parking when the lot is full, of which it was that day. You also failed to mention the numerous derogatory and harassing comments/threats that could have led to legal charges, but instead, we decided to simply brush them off. The officer was actually a new officer, and stated "I didn't even know this place was here." If you would like, their recordings are public record.
