ICWD has done nothing but be difficult. I knew when they didn't show up with digging equipment that they had no intentions of working on anything, and I was right. I watched from my living room window as he smoked a cigarette and then sent one of the other guys to tell me it was on us. I walk out there and "Jason" begins to laugh and be a complete jerk. I told him that the meter reader must have ran over the meter because there are clear tire tracks (no ruts just grass) going into the yard to the meter and out of the driveway. This dude proceeds to tell me there is no way they would have done that. Not sure how you know that but he just keeps telling me it had to be a drunk driver. I have pictures and there is NO way it was a drunk driver and I have caught them multiple times parking in my yard in fact supervisor "Jason" parked in my yard. The only one who didn't was they guy who was on call on Monday. He was the only individual that parked in my driveway. I have plenty of pictures to show the tire tracks. Either way doesn't matter Jason shouldn't have laughed in my face and then called me a liar. I had to pay a plumber $425 to fix a problem they created. Not to mention I don't even have the bill yet.
