This company came in as a new HOA to our complex and said I had a balance from the old HOA which I didn't . I called and called to try to resolve this matter they never answer the phone. Finally I got someone to answer the phone after months of trying to call. I inform the lady that that answered the phone I didn't have a balance I wanted to pay what I owe them and wanted to set up a reoccurring payment. She took a payment and informed me that a reoccurring payment will be set up . After about two months I noticed that the payment was never coming out so I called and called to try to find out what was the problem. They would never answer the phone. Two more months went by and I received a letter saying that they are going to put a lien on my property for nonpayment . So I continue calling and calling finally I decided to go up there and was informed that I was supposed to set up a payment with a third-party bank . I was never told that , the lady over the phone act like she set up the reoccurring payments . This company charged me 100 extra dollars on top of the $55 every month that I had a balance . This company is impossible to get a hold of and makes it hard for you to pay them so that they will put a lien on your property. I called and try to resolve this issue and they will not work with you at all because they have advantage by law. I have called this company over 100 times and I have never got a callback. I'm currently trying to refinance my home and they put a lien on my property which they told me they would not because I set up a reoccurring payment with a third-party bank to pay the balance that I do not owe . I called and called today and expected to speak with a person and they sent me an email. I am a person who rarely check email and I informed them of that I would like to speak to a live person or by mail. I think this company is intentionally ignoring requests have false information so that they can put a lien on properties. They never answer call
