Their product for seizures does not work!!!!! Their refund policy shows just how much they believe in the fact that their products do not work. Only refund unopened products and there is a restock fee.???? This company is one you do not want to do business with. They don’t care about you or your pets. They only want your money!!!!!!Allergic Pet Response

Nuroplex is our biggest selling product, and we get a high percentage of reorders for it. It is helping a lot of pets, even cases that did not respond to prescription drug therapy. Unfortunately, when dealing with medical conditions, there is no treatment or product that works in all cases. Many of our customers come to us in desperation because nothing is helping their pets seizures, and although we do help many of these cases, it is not possible to help them all. We are happy to discuss your case with you and give advice on how to use our products most effectively to get the best possible results.Review from Karon E

I have switched three of my older dogs who were on lifetime pain meds of carprofen and the like to lame-eze in order to reduce the load on the liver. I have now gone through three orders of this product. I am happy to report that the dogs are comfortable, seem to be doing just as well on lame-eze as on the prescription meds, and in one case, even better. These are arthritic, stenosis type related difficulties. I am very pleased with the product and see no signs of any negative side effects. Their blood values are all good and liver readings have stabilized. Thank you!! karon in NMAllergic Pet Response

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO CHECK OUT! Please do not buy this company's products. My dog had seizures 2-3 times a month. After consuming their capsules my dog started having seizures once a week and the last time he had 4 times in the same day which lead us to the ER. All their positive testimonials are fake and their statements in regards the product are misleading and deceiving. And the worst thing was that when I called and requested refund the lady was defensive and rude for no reason. Will file a formal lawsuit to prevent others from these crooks.Allergic Pet Response

Hi, As we discussed, not all medical conditions will respond to treatment, whether using herbal remedies or prescription drugs. We are happy to issue a partial refund. We show Success Stories of customers who have had positive results - NONE of them are "fake", and your comments only illustrate the abusive nature of your phone call to our customer service dept.Review from Gayle R.

I understand that not all remedies work for all pets. But Allergicpet posts only good reviews on their site, and who knows how many of those are legit. Unfortunately my cat was harmed by Laxeze for constipation and my vet later told me not to give it to her. It's inexpensive ingredients dressed up to look special, and my cat actually ran from the food I stirred the granules into. She ate the food I put the spray on but her stool became even more compacted. Bad, bad, bad. They do not stand behind their products and refuse to make a refund. I am out over $70! I would have possibly considered a different product from their site, but they did not even offer that. Beware!Allergic Pet Response

Some pets will do fine with the using just the Lax-eze spray, some do better with the granules. It sounds as though the spray alone did not work for your cat. Apparently, you were not able to get your cat to take the granules (some cats can be finicky eaters, so you may have to get creative in administering the product). We do offer suggestions on various methods to try on our website. Unfortunately, there are no products that work in all cases. However, we do get a high percentage of reorders for our Lax-eze products, and they are helping a lot of pets.Review from Chris S

This company makes strong claims that this product will help your dog's condition and several testimonials on their site. Upon receiving the product, once you open it you own it with no potential for return. They give you no recourse if the product doesn't work and it did nothing to help my dog. Terrible policy and certain no repeat business from me. Be forwarded, once you place the order, there is no refund policy.Allergic Pet Response

Our products are helping a very high percentage of pets; we are very sorry that they did not work for your pet. When dealing with medical conditions, there is no treatment that will work in all cases. On our site, under "Success Stories", we share emails we have received from customers who have used the products successfully, and in these emails they share their experience with the products and offer information on how to use them, along with stories of how they have helped their pets. In addition, there is a link to our return policy on every page of our website.Review from Katherine P

I rescued off the streets of Houston, Texas, a 62-pound sharpei/lab mix dog and named him Monroe. He was chewing himself raw and bloody, had patches of missing fur, and was obviously tortured 24/7, despite the fact that I had only seen two dead fleas come off him in the tub when I washed him. He was prescribed Apoquel ($3.20 per pill) and a $24 spray by a vet, and I began giving him fish oil at their suggestion. The meds brought him relief almost immediately, but when the prescription ran out about 2 weeks later, he began scratching and gnawing again, not quite as badly as before, but I would hear him scream into his fur sometimes while chewing on himself. I looked online and found Skin-eze. After reading the testimonials, and realizing that if I could taper his dosage down after a while, that it would be much less expensive than Apoquel, I ordered 360 capsules. I started him out at 4 capsules two times per day (8 capsules daily) for 3 1/2 weeks. Then I reduced his dosage to 6 capsules one time per day for 1 week. Then he was getting 5 caps per day (=$1/day cost). I ordered the 1,080 caps size. His fur all grew back and he is much better now. Skin-eze actually CURED him, and I haven't given him anything for skin allergies in over a year. I will be giving my unused bottle of Skin-eze to my aunt for her dog. This stuff is a MIRACLE and I recommend it to anyone whose pet's skin is causing them suffering.Review from Jacqui T

SHE HATES THIS PRODUCT AND THIS PRODUCT DON'T WORK! MADE HER WORSE! BBB SHOULD NOT ALLOW THIS PRODUCT TO BE SOLD!Allergic Pet Response

Funny this lady told us the dog doesn't want to take the caps and she cannot get it in her.. Seizures can get worse, especially if there is an underlining reason for the seizures( tumor, infection, chronic neurological issue ). Wish all drugs and herbals worked perfect in every case .Review from Susan B

I wasted $73 on this for my cat with chronic diarrhea. $73 I didn't have to waste. And it did nothing for him. In fact, he probably hates me now because I had to fight like the devil to get it in him. I think this is a scam and should be investigated.
