    I made two orders to two rivers design and fab on January 17th, 2024 of some custom made parts for my boat. They were order number #1524 and #1526The total for these items was $307.20. I was told there was a two week lead time due to the influx of orders and it would be no later than two weeks. I messaged the owner on face book and filled out multiple forms on the website and I was finally contacted saying he had to help his mother and it would be sending soon. We had the back and forth discussion a few times of when he was going to send it and it still has yet to be shipped as of April 1st, 2024. I asked for a refund to which he assured me that my refund was coming and I still have yet to get my refund. I have been back and forth with this owner and I have had no help and I am worried I am going to be out of my money and no product. Thank you for your time.

    I ordered an empty speaker box for my boat on April 3rd, 2024, with a 3–4-week time on shipping. By April 29th, there was no response and information about when the item would be shipped--almost 4 weeks later. I reached out to the company, and they stated, "Hey, my man. Your speaker box will ship out on Thursday (May 2nd, 2024) at the latest. Sorry for the delay. I have been dealing with helping my 83-year-old Mom sell her place, and us move her closer to me. I thank you for your patience". I then reached back out to the owner and stated that I would like my money back or I would dispute the charge to find a different route for my boat. He then went on to state, "You dont have to dispute it. Just tell me you want your Money back and I will get it to you. I'm a normal country boy trying to feed my family. You can just say, "Jason, I want my money back." I will get it to you. What happened to normal conversation in this world? We can just talk and I give you your money back. Geeze, technology ruined this world". I then told him that I disputed it because I already asked for my money back and he did not answer. On May 7th Two Rivers owner stated, "Sorry for such a delay on your order. I apologize for this. It's just myself who fabricates everything, and my wife who does sales and helps in the shop. We have had a lot of family health issues dealing with my mom recently. We are sorry for this but it was out of our hands. I just want to make sure you want to cancel your order. If you still want your box, I can have it shipped out by this weekend (May 11th or 12th). I am just touching base to make sure you don't still want it. We understand if you don't". On May 9th, the owner stated, "Hey my man, sorry for the delay. I will mail you a check tomorrow or just approve the chargeback". He denied the dispute and I was charged the $297 for what I had purchased without receiving a product. He claimed that the item was shipped, and I have proof it wasn't even started.
