Ordered an item on April 29th and was sent the wrong item. After multiple attempts to contact customer service, I found a phone number where they accept texts. Finally got a response and they sent me a return label. I sent back the incorrect item and it was delivered on May 28. By mid June I emailed them again asking for my refund and was told that one was initiated on June 13. It’s now been 14 business days and no sign of a refund.Business response

So I bought an item at Farm House Tack on March 22nd, and they reached out to me on March 26th saying they didn’t have the item i was looking for. I reached back out about a month later because I didn’t see the email initially, and i asked for a refund. They responded a day later telling me they could get a refund to me within 7-14 business days. They told me this on April 24th. It has been 18 business days as of right now with no refund. I reached out to them 3 days ago asking whats going on with the refund since it had been 15 business days, and there is no response.Business response

The customer has been refunded on our side of things. We apologized for the slight delay with the refund. We have had multiple people out with the stomach bug, including our accounting team for the last 2 weeks.Customer response

Ordered a *** belt on 1/2/24, received my email order confirmation and my card has been charged but no update to shipping status as of 1/20/24. I’ve emailed to check status and received an automated response back. I’ve called and no one ever picks up, I’ve left a voicemail and no call back. Based on the other reviews I’m seeing on google this is a common occurrence with them. Next step will be contacting my bank since I can’t get a reply from the store.Initial Complaint

I purchased my Daughter a pair of *** 7 boots and she was fitted incorrectly. I’ve been calling the company for months on and off. The boots are too large in the ankle. I paid over 500.00 for them. I finally reached CS and was told they couldn’t help me. My daughter has no boots to wear now! I would advise anyone not to deal with this company. The boots have been on her feet three times. The lady in CS told me to try and sell them to someone. Meanwhile my little girl has no boots to wear! Shame on you!Initial Complaint

2/22/23 $1,142 Farm House Tack charged me for merchandise that was not shipped to me. Farm House tack was to refund the money and has refused to provide a refund.Business response

Customer placed order 3/22/23
All items with the exception of 2 items shipped 3/31. ***** attempted to deliver three times and returned to us on 4/25
One item shipped from distributor 4/11. Customer kept this item $138.03.
The last item was not shipped and refunded $208.65 on 4/17/2023
$795.70 was refunded 4/26 (within 24 hours after receiving the unclaimed package back from *****)
I did not see this original complaint until it was brought to my attention by BBB this morning. All shipping and refund documents can be provided if needed.

Hi there, this "company" is advertising ThinLine Trifecta Comfort Bareback Saddle Pad as in stock on their website. I purchased the item. I was told they would be shipping within a couple of days. I then asked for tracking and was told the item was not in stock until January. The item still shows as in stock on their website. They are clearly trying to collect money with no intent to provide the time. This is an expensive $225+ purchase. This company is fraudulent and a scammer. I am trying to get my money back and need help.Business response

Attention Better Business Bureau,
This is Noreen C******, Managing director of the Farm House in Landrum SC. We are a small family owned business and have been at this location for over 30 years.
I am sorry to have caused Ms ***** such distress.
A few weeks ago we changed our point of sale to Shopify. somehow during that move, our inventory levels were effected. We did not pinpoint this until the end of last week at which time we
are working to correct this. We have no idea how of why this has happened and have several tech teams from Greenville SC working on this now- it is beyond anything we know to do in-house.
As we have over 40,000 items on our website, this process is going to take a while.
Ms ***** placed her order on 12/2/21 during this time before we knew we had the inventory listing problem.
Currently, We are contacting any order that this failure has affected.
On another note, we have had this pad on order since mid summer and the delivery date is moved back monthly. We are now expecting these pads in January. As most every industry,
the supply chains are disturbed and has been so difficult to follow and keep records current.
Ms ***** has been refunded in full this morning.
