              I have nothing more to say but bad business and I really hate talking about other people but this is ridiculous now.... we moved here and went to rawls before we found better auctions... we had went quite a few times when we first started with the same scanner every single time... they then told us that we cannot have the scanner anymore after MULTIPLE TIMES of coming with it and purchasing units..... YOU CANNOT DRIVE AT THIS AUCTION OR SCAN.. you buy pretty much buy based on looks and how it sounds when you start it and that's it.... A week ago we decided to send cars there because they are local (as we like to support local businesses) and we would try and give it a shot, I had called them a WEEK in advance to pick up 2 vehicles, only for them to proceed to pick them up take them there and then say they cannot run them and we are not welcome there even though we have done nothing to them but spend money every time we have came there..... very unprofessional

              The auction has policies in place that are to protect the auction and it's dealers. It came to our attention after your cars were picked up that unfortunately some policies were not met, therefore we are unable to do business with your company. Thank you for your understanding.
