We paid pro line paving to put in 2 1/2 inches of hot asphalt on our driveway. We paid them $15,200 to do this work and it carried a one-year warranty. It has been 4 months and we've had to have two holes filled and it does not appear to have anywhere near 2 1/2 inches of asphalt according to two other companies. We have tried to contacted *** **** who is the owner for over 2 months multiple calls and emails have been ignored.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/21) */ We advised Mrs. ******* that the base she had some other company install was not correct and that if we did the driveway for he that Proline would not put a warranty on the driveway holding up she and her husband said to do the best we can that they did not have any more money for base matrial i even asked her son to extend the garage back up area that it would be hard to do so they said no. She called a week later asking us to extend her drive and at that time i told her we was 2 months out from being able to do the work i even told her that i would help her out on cost because she was limited on funds and said to her just pay the cost of asphalt to help her out.....i really don't mind helping her out on repairs but i told her all this when she received the contract i don't know what she talking about 2 inches there was over 60 tons of asphalt put in her driveway again i don't mind doing a repair for but going to let this be a going thing the is no warranty because it will happen again as we told her 3 time before the work was done.... He wouldn't even call back to find out what was wrong! He told us we had a one year warranty. He did show us a place he said could be a problem but that is not even the same area we are complaining about. When you pay someone over $15,000 they should be able to answer the phone or call you back to at least find out what you want.
