scam alert...they will not resond to request to cancel..not responding SCAM

While the 5 Star Rating is appreciated, the false narrative in the comments must be addressed. These are direct notes from Member account: "04/03/2023: Member text 9:56am stating tried using Member Portal a few days prior to cancel membership but no response. Verified there was no Membership Cancellation requests on account and replied to Member confirming. Member then stated it had actually been requested "Months back". Again advised Member there were no prior cancellation request via Member Portal, Email or Text. Advised only prior Member Portal actions were June 2022 and April 2022 for password reset. Member then stated his next call was to lawyers and provided Gym Owners personal address. This was received as a personal threat against owner. Advised Member that it was perfectly fine to proceed with lawyers and we would provide our records as well. Member replied 3 minutes later stating he wanted to "save both of us a headache...I'm frustrated..balls in your court.cancel membership". Advised member that to protect our Members, all requests must be submitted via Member Portal or in rare exception via email. Member agreed to send email and did. Cancellation request received at 10:29am, Cancellation processed at 10:33am." Screen shots of all messages are also stored on account as well as copies of Cancellation Request email and Cancellation Request Confirmation Form,. Unsure the logic behind providing this false narrative and the personal threat as neither were necessary; or at least our other Members haven't found it to be.
