            In March 2023, we paid Brian Z********, ZimCo Landscaping, $3000 for a deposit on future services. Shortly there after we decided we would hold off on this project and plan for a future date. Brian indicated he would provide a full refund of the deposit, along with refunds for services rendered that were not up to par. Initially, he said refunds would take 4 to 20 business days. Mr. Zi******* is no longer responding to emails, voice, messages, or text messages. He has completely gone ghost. As of today’s date, I have not received any refunds from Mr. Z********.

            In March 2023 Brian and Sarah indicated they would be refunding me over $3000 for a deposit. I paid that services rendered, opted to do this at a future date. It is now May 9, Brian, nor Sarah have been returning any phone calls, text, messages and emails requesting Information on my refund. They seem to be a legitimate business however, at this date, I’m going to have to take other measures to get my refund from them. They told me to be patient. Their bank doesn’t issue checks until 4 to 20 business days after they submit the request we are now going on nearly 2 months of when I requested my refund and they indicated they would be providing it to me. Go with a reputable business if you need landscaping services, not Zimco.
