I placed a order with this business on May 26,2022 via TikTok website and I have not received the product. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact the business via email and tiktok about a refund or sending the product and I have had one answer from them in the beginning but that is all.Initial Complaint

I ordered an item off the website via TikTok in June of 2022. I have yet to receive my order. Emails have not been responded to, her page is now private and at this point, I don’t even want the order. All I want is a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product in May of 2022! The business opener has repeatedly ignored my messages, fought a disputed charge with my bank, and had yet to refund me my money or send me the product. It has been 8 months! I get life happens and I had been nothing but nice to her, and I held her at her word that she would ship my product yet, I have still received nothing.Business response

I placed an order on May 28, 2022, it’s now December 18, 2022 and I still have not received my order! The owner, Jensyn Mains, is not a good business person! She guarantees the product to be delivered in a certain amount of days and if not, she ’ll refund your money. Non of this is true! She will not communicate with you! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SMALL BUSINESS, SHE IS A THIEF!!Initial Complaint

Company website promised to have order processed and shipped within 14-21 business days, with the exception of holidays. My original order was on May 26th, I reached out to the company after the 21 days passed to hopefully get an update on my order, on July 5th. I then reached out three more times for an update, I never received any response to my request for update. I noticed on the company's tiktok that the seller said all May orders would be processed and shipped by July 16th. I would like to report false advertising for the amount of time promised and for the false accusation of shipping on July 16th.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/20) */ Customer was informed of the delay my business had, due to moving. She has since been refunded fully, and her sign was also still sent. Her package is in transit currently.
