Had to add 1 star which would be zero in my eyes. Anthony John construction promised so much and did not deliver. Never pulled the appropriate permits!! So please if you consider them to do your job, make sure they show ALL permits from the beginning. It cost me many days and phone calls to get the right permits pulled! Once they did their “punch” list from the inspections, they NEVER did a final walk throughnor fixed the holes that they had to make for the inspections. Therefore, leaving our house with a lot of issues that we will have to hire other companies to complete. They NEVER told us what warranties were covered and how long. They would avoid our phone calls and never call us back during the whole process. So that nice little video they have where “customers come first” is not true. In fact, when the owner is mad about something, he will come after you. We were asked to pay $50,000, while still only living in the upstairs with no kitchen or electricity on the main floor. When we said we would only give them half, the owner “AJ” came to our house and threatened my husband, who was in the middle of a business call. This is not a company to deal with. They have left our house a mess, with several issues that we will have to hire other companies out for. Would not waste my time nor money on them. Owner of company will lie to get himself out of situations that he has created. This company is not to be trusted.

They don't Handel finish work well, if you want anything restored the way it was you can forget about this bunch. Drywall was good after they returned to fix it, trim, carpet, was done as cheap and poorly as they thought they could get away with. Managers say they will do much more than they actually end up doing. I didn't even have a money constraint on the initial quote, but they gave me a a number and decided they would not be able to restore everything for that value. Because of the way the claim ended up being processed in now out the money and left with things that I will need to replace very soon with my own money.

Anthony John Construction has provided us estimates, installed gutters, and installed gutter guards. Every person we have encountered, from the office staff to installers, has been outstanding in every way. We have especially appreciated Eddie and his crew for gutter and gutter guard installation. He has always been professional, pleasant and efficient. We will use them in the future without hesitation.
