The experience at this place was awful . The staff is friendly but has no idea what they are doing at all. When it comes down to the business aspect the staff needs people who know exactly what they are doing. To many times during the process of purchasing my car I was given inaccurate information or waiting for responses on paperwork that shouldn't take more than a week to complete. Do not be fooled by the nice talk, these people are shady and doing bad business. The quality of the car is yet to be seen, because I have already accumulated 2,000 dollars of work on the car and it hasn't even been 30 days. I literally drove for a couple days and had major problems. My car completely broke down on the highway and I was stranded after a couple days. Also without any help or assistance from the dealership. I strongly believe that the dealership should stand behind their product. I do not reccomended dealing with this dealership for a reliable car. Do not listen to the white lady,Tinnell, Josh, or the other lady that's in the office.. They will make excuses to cover themselves and straight up lie to ur face. THE CARS THEY SELL ARE ALL IN BAD SHAPE. EVERY CAR HAS SOME TYPE OF MAJOR FLAW THAT WILL CAUSE YOU TO PAY TO MUCH OUT OF POCKET. THE GUY THAT WORKS ON THE CARS IS NOT CERTIFIED TO WORK ON THOSE CARS IN THE LOT. THEY WILL FIX THE CARS UP ENOUGH JUST TO GET IT OFF THE LOT AND SOONS AS IT BRAKES DOWN U PAY THOUSANDS TO GET IT FIXED. I REPEAT PLEASE DON'T GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THIS PLACE DOING BAD AND SHADY BUSINESS. I REPEAT STAY FAR AWAY! DONT BE FOOLED BY THE RECENT NAME CHANGE EITHER KOBEY JOHN AUTOMOTIVE. As long as the address is still 1820 Augusta Hwy Lexington SC 29072, it's the same people doing shady business and selling BAD CARS!!!!??
