      On 4/25/22 I purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry. At that time I believed they were really nice people. The left exterior door handle was broken. I was told by David "Bubba" W****** that they would order the handle and then call me when it arrived. The next day I sent him a text with a picture of my license plate and also informed him of the key FOB issue I was also having. The FOB does not lock the car. On 5/7, as I was pulling into work the engine light came on and the digital temperature gauge began fluctuating. I texted Bubba and let him know. Never answered. I found the overflow bottle lid off, so I chalked it up to a mechanic not putting it back on completely. I filled it with antifreeze and drove it. The check engine light cycled itself off as well. On 7/13 it happened again. I called Bubba this time and left him a voicemail. He sent me a text stating that he would call me back...Never did, so I went to the lot on 5/17 to address this issue in person. I showed him the wetness under my hood and the rest of the issues. He told me, "make a list of everything and drop it off to *******, that's who does all our work and we will take care of it. " I let them know that I was not able to drop off that day and he agreed to make an appointment for the following Monday. He agreed, but did not do that either. My car has been at the repair shop since 5/24. I am now trying to get the warranty company to approve this warranty a month later, while my car is dissembled at ******* Auto. There was never any mention of the warranty at all. I have spent over 1100.00 on Lyft to get back and forth to work and ended up losing that job due to transportation issues. Attached are the screenshots between Mr. W****** and myself as well as the repair estimate from ******* Auto.

      NEGETIVE STARS. I AM FED UP. OK FIRST WEEK NEW ALTERNATOR, NEW PCM NOT CHEAP PAID OUT OF POCKET LIKE A SUCKER, GAVE BENEFIT TO WEAR AND TEAR ITEM. SHOULDN'T HAVE. TOOK THREE WEEKS TO GET THAT MONEY TOGETHER FOR THE PCM. DID YOU CARE? NOPE.

      SECOND THIRD FOURTH MONTH. OIL PRESSURE DROPS TO NEGATIVE COMES BACK UP. THIRD MONTH POURING ANTIFREEZE. DEALER MECHANIC FIXED. WITHOUT MY TRUCK AGAIN.

      MONTHS 4, 5, 6 NO OIL PRESSURE SERVICED OIL AGAIN, ENGINE THROWS A ROD. OUT A TRUCK, MY WORK TRUCK MY JOB DEPENDS ON A TRUCK. ALMOST A MONTH OUT OF USE. NEW ENGINE BY YOUR MECHANIC.

      THEN:
      NO HEAT, NO COOLING. REPLACED BLEND DOOR OUT OF POCKET. FIXED AC OUT OF POCKET, INTO A VACUUM NO R134A. HAD TO VACUUM THE SYSTEM AND I AM AN HVAC AND REFRIGERATION TECH SO I KNOW HOW TO FIX.... SERVICE PORTS WERE BAD. RESERVICED AND AGAIN COOLING AFTER NEW ENGINE WAS REPLACED SO SHOULDNT OF HAD TO.

      CLOGGED HEATER CORE HAD TO FLUSH MY SELF AFTER NEW SUPPOSED ENGINE.

      NO CRUISE CONTROL

      SUPPOSED TO BE NEW ENGINE AND AGAIN NO ENGINE OIL , CHECK GAUGES LIGHT ON COMES BACK ON DROPS TO NEGATIVE. NEW ENGINE IS BONE DRY AND BURNING OIL SOMEWHERE. SERVICED OIL TO 5 QUARTS OUT OF POCKET. THEN SNODDY TEXTS ABOUT PAYMENTS START. HOW LONG WILL THIS LAST?

      2/ 19/2022 BROKEN VACUUM LINE. HOW MUCH MORE ARE YOU GOING TO PUT ME THROUGH?

      LASTLY, YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL ABOUT PAYMENTS AND REPOSSESSIONS. THE TRUCK IS ALWAYS AT YOUR MECHANIC. ITS BROKE MORE THAN ITS WORTH. BROKE MORE THAN I SHOULD BE PAYING ON. OR MORE THAN ANYBODY SHOULD PUT UP WITH.

      TRADE THIS LEMON OUT. YOU HAVE OTHER TRUCKS. MAKE IT RGHT!
