Ordered baby chickens in Sept. 2021. Today is May 21 2022. I Ordered 6 chicks. Got the run around ever month, every week, lastly they said they shipped 3 weeks ago. They didn't. I asked for a refund. Melissa the owner hung up on me. Dont recommend this company at all.

I remember our conversation we had on phone now. We told you when your order was place that it would be spring time or after before your order would be fill because all the orders aheads of your. To fill orders we go in order by number time place and how hens are laying and how many eggs hatch each week and how many eggs we have to ship. We did not over look or skip your order. Each time you called we gave you up dates on where your order was at in-line. We have customer waiting over year to get certain chicks are eggs. We at mercy at the hens laying. We understand people get impatient. We do our best to fill all orders in a timely manner sometimes that don’t happen and we give updates and give customers the option to wait or cancel the orders. Your order was canceled and refunded within 5 mins after we spoke on phone. Our phone conversation did not start out good when you was upset calling us with a major attitude. We never. had anyone as rude and disrespectful as you and yes we did hang on you because we was not going to listen to the nonsense you was speaking on phone. We was happy to refund your order.
