February 26 2022 I paid $272.00 for a used Maytag dryer with a 90 day warranty. ($250 + tax). On April 30th, I contacted Hall Appliance, the dryer died. may 4th a technician from Hall arrived to repair the dryer. He diagnosed it for a part that needed to be ordered. Said the office would contact me. May 5th we spoke, I asked for a credit minus the 60 days of use, office person said she would ask and get back to me. I called May 11th as no one had called, asked about the credit, she said they did not wish to grant this. I then requested she order the part to repair the dryer. She quoted 2 to 3 weeks to receive part. Meanwhile it is June 19th, dryer has been replaced as I cannot go 8 weeks without washing and drying clothes. I have had no contact from Hall appliance; I left voicemails June 15th, and June 17th, neither call has been returned.Business response
