    So let me start by saying this was supposed to have been the start to a new journey for my fiance and myself into full timers, we were so very excited for this and studied on it for a couple years before we made the decision to do this. We purchased a brand new 2023 Hampton 380rks in August 2023. Dealer offers a 1 year warranty keystone has a 3 year warranty and we wanted to feel protected in our new purchase so we also purchased the 7 year extended warranty as well. We paid for delivery and had the camper 2 days after purchase. This unfortunately is where things start going down hill. The camper arrived at our lot and upon hooking the unit up to power and water we immediately noticed water coming from underneath our kitchen sink. I take a look and found the fittings were loose and tightened them back up no big deal. We'll later that evening as we're getting settled in to the camper we decided to try the shower. Once in the shower we realized it to was also leaking around the frame of the door. So less than 24 hours we have had 2 water leaks. In less than 24 hours I have called the dealership to see about getting these issues taken care of. Which at first they were willing to help and fix the issues. Mobile repair tech comes out issues taken care of all is well. Now a week has gone by and it's time to drain and flush the black tank. I go to do so to only find out that the black tank flush doesn't work at all. Now remind you they have a pre check list they supposedly did before delivery which includes hooking water to unit to make sure all is working right. Obviously they did no such thing or they would've have found the leaks before delivery and found out that the CHECK VALVE for the black tank flush was install backwards. I again reach out to them again and ***** the service advisor acknowledged this is a reoccurring problem from the factory they have seen many times before. So they knew it could be a potential problem and still didn't check it before delivery. So again less than a week of having the camper I have called to make another warranty claim. They came out and fixed it and problem solved. Fast forward to a week ago we now have a sliding glass door that is leaking water around the frame excessively. Now black tank flush system started leaking again as well behind the access panel in our unit. The dealership is now not wanting to cover the problems or damage to the unit that is still less than 1 year old. We haven't had it for a year and have had nothing but a horrible experience. Hopefully once we're able to take up our claims with the extended warranty this process will go smoother. I definitely don't recommend this dealership it has been nothing but a nightmare from the start! THE CAMPER ISNT EVEN A YEAR OLD YET!!! Any one that wants more pictures of our conversations and damage to our unit feel free to msg before purchasing from this place. I have a whole folder to share

    Our saleswoman was nice but took days to get back to us and offered very little answers with simple questions like, "do the front chairs swivel". Her response was "it's being sold as is" and she honestly just refused to answer any question and she told us several times that there were back up offers. We lived 7 hours away so we couldn't look at ourselves. We got financing on our own and took the long drive. Even though we had an appointment we waited over 2 hours to see the camper. Apparently, someone just purchased one before we got there and there was only one guy who gave the tour to show how everything worked. We were told that we would be taught "everything there is to know" about our class A **. A very nice maintenance guy stepped in and showed us a few things. We couldn't test the stove or hot water heater because there was no propane in the tank. We signed the paperwork to purchase but I put it on there so that we couldn't test to make sure everything was in working order. We had an appointment to pick it up the next morning and again we waited over 30 minutes. After complaining that we couldn't test everything someone other than our saleswoman stepped in and had propane added. The stove and inside the oven were disgusting. The website said it had a trailer hitch (it did not and that costs over 2k). Again, we were let down by the "the website isn't always accurate, and we have other offers". The saving ***** for us was ****, who patiently explained the warranty process. There ended up being a lot wrong with the ** and as first-time class A ** owners we didn't detect. The holding tanks werent clean. Things were rigged to look like they worked. They showed us how the satellite tv worked (THERE WAS NO SATELLITE ON TOP) they hooked it up to their internet. That was another unforeseen $500 expense. Also, we were told there was only one owner and the website showed one owner. Paperwork was left in the ** showing that it had two owners (car fax confirmed it).

    (DK) visited our Sales Lot on Friday 2-26 2024 to look at a 2016 Winnebago Vista LX used Motor Home. We actually had a Delivery Technician walk the Motor Home with DK so he could benefit with a thorough walk thru. ** returned again to re walk the Motor Home for a second time during this visit. On his drive back to home he compiled a list of questions and repairs he wanted us to look at. We received this via email on 1-29-2024. We repaired 6 of the 7 items. The one item we could not resolve was to fit a trailer towing hitch, this particular Motorhome was not assembled when first manufactured with a tow hitch or the necessary steel infrastructure to support an alternative style towing hitch. We do not modify any Camper from its original manufactured configuration. We made DK aware of this and we discounted the Motorhome by $1500.00. DK made the decision to purchase the Motorhome knowing the above facts. It took several days for DK to facilitate the purchase.. DK scheduled to pick up the Motorhome from our other Sales Lot in Longs at 2.00pm on March 7th 2024.We had multiple deliveries that day, and unfortunately our delivery technicians got backed up. We have no answer for the Propane tanks not being filled. Our practice is to fill these on the day of delivery as our ***************** requires that we store all Campers with Propane Tanks Empty. For some reason this was overlooked but eventually corrected. As for the error with the number of owners, the title we had, only showed one owner. DK purchased a used Motorhome with no warranties. He inspected the unit twice in late February and twice in early March. Recreation USA was totally transparent during the entire process. We apologize for any oversight in the purchasing process, however DK had multiple opportunities to inspect the Motorhome, inspect the repairs and proceeded with his purchase.
