      Feb 1, ************************************************** for a firearm in the amount of $3850.23 by creditcard. It was understood by me that my item would ship in approx. 6 months. Over the course of 19 months no I have on numerous occaissions tried to and did make contact with Automag. I di receive a few updates by email. September of 2022 I emailed Automag and received no response. I placed a call to Automag inquiring about my order, their responsr was wait longer or request a fuul refund. I waited. December of 2022 I recieved an update by email that my item would ship by February of 2023. Feb came and went, so U contacted Automag by phone . I spoke with ******* she informed mr about the ***** of the production of their product and tha *** from Automag woud contact me to inform me of the status of my order. March 2023 iI recieved a call from rob. *** atated that they woukd be caught up in production by July of 2023. July came and went with no progress of my order. I called *** to inquire about my order, his response was that my item would ship in September. At that time after waiting ************************************ hearing the same story, I opted to cancel my order for a full refund. That took place on August 10, 2023. *** informed me that it could take up to 30 days to receive my refund. I asked why would that process be so timely, and got a poor response. 30 s came and went, September 8, 2023 I phoned Automag again this time speaking with ******* and explaining to her what the progress was of trying to get my refund. I informed ******* that I would give Automag 10 business days to (a) ship my purchase or (b) process my refund, or I would proceed in contacting the BBB, the ********************** ************************ and any othe consumer advocacy group that would listen to mu issue. I haven't received any communication from Automag since that date. And thus I am filing this complaint.

      On June 15, ************************************ full with my credit card $3,837.99. After waiting a year and a half, on December l4, 2022 I sent an e-mail to *************************, President, cancelling my order and requesting a full refund. A similiar e-mail was sent to *************************** , **************** on December 20, 2022. Since then I have had several phone conversation and e-mails with both parties, always promising they would get me my refund. It has been 9 months since my original request, and still no refund !!HELP!!

      I ordered a gun on May 12 of 2021. I still have not received the gun. They are no longer picking up phone calls to let me know what's going on. I keep getting excuses as to why the gun has not been shipped to me. At this point I just want my gun and would like to know the timeline of when it is going to be shipped. Last resort would be a refund but I would prefer to have my gun shipped instead. I have called several times and still have no clear answer I feel like this has been going on for far too long even with Covid exceptions. Order number ******
