    Problem with partial loss of 12vdc to RV 1yr. 4mo. old. Contacted On The Spot to see if they could help diagnose problem. I had already performed basic troubleshooting and informed them of what I found. Problem affected a system called In Command that basically controls essential operation of RV. K**** Jr. of On The Spot contacted *** which manufactured the system and it was considered the problem was with the BCM board. I got approval from ********, the manufacturer of the RV to let On The Spot perform the repair. At the time I didn’t know how to get the slide outs in to take it to the dealers shop. I found information on how to get them in but K**** Jr. had already did the ground work to get the BCM board and I felt obligated to let them do the replacement. Tech came out on 02/16/23 and started on BCM. Tech took control wires off on one side and then decided he should take picture of wires before taking other side off. No schematic was present. After replacement still had no power to Display Commander touch pad and other devices on that circuit. Then other circuits didn’t work that were previously working and a fuse blew on another circuit. Tech then decided I would have to take to a RV shop and I paid him$200. The RV shop found 3 mislanded wires on the BCM and corrected them before they could diagnose the problem. Insurance would not pay for that work because it was determined not the original problem so that cost me $250 +. I contacted K**** Jr. on 02/21 and the next day we agreed I would be reimbursed for their work. I contacted K**** Jr. again on 02/27 with the findings of the service work from the RV shop and extra cost to me that was caused by his company. I am now being ignored. I paid for not fixing a problem and fixing other problems caused by poor workmanship.

    DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! First, the guy was RUDE on the phone at first contact. Then he/they screwed up my information twice; first my contact phone number and second our appointment date. After all that I went ahead with the appointment because of some positive reviews. Then when he did arrive after we waited 3 weeks he came with an arrogant, condescending attitude. He would not listen to what I had to say about the problems I am having. He was more interested in offhandedly disagreeing with me and trying to insult me than fixing my problems. He half a**ed worked on one issue. After that he turned, walked away with no explanation, ignored me, and left. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
