In late 2021 I hired Mr. ******* of South Carolina Septic Systems LLC, to clear my lot and to install my engineered septic system for my house, in which he did. I moved into my house December 12, 2022. At 2 am December 16 my septic system alarm went off. I attempted to contact Mr ******* with every number, email, messaging I had for him without success. I had to call in another company to silence the alarm and was charged $500 for this. All of the 16th I continued to attempt to contact Mr *******; my builder & their cooperate office, as well as the company that designed my septic system, as well as their contractors. No one was able to contact him. It is now December 19th and still no response. Mr ******* was paid $20,000 for this system. Consulting the 2 contractors that helped the engineering designer examined the system December 16 and found that the pump is improperly installed. To have only resided in this house for 4 days this should have not occurred. The builder had problems with him completing the job. Mr ******* completed the system for it to work long enough for him to get paid. I now have to call in a different provider to repair his work. This is completely unacceptable. This man does not deserve to be in business and I am seeking restitution for the repairs caused by his poor workmanship and deceitfulness as of all the issues with his work during the installation of the septic system.
