            South Santee Aquaculture (SSA) has managed our HOA's neighborhood pond since 2010. Our fountain broke in 06/2021. We expressed a desire to purchase a new one to SSA. They would not order a new fountain unless we paid in full up front first. We paid his invoice of approximately 4,000$ in 02/2022. It is now September and no fountain. He does not respond to emails. He does not respond to texts. He does not answer his phone. His voicemail is full and he doesn't empty it so you can't leave a message. He did not respond to 2 different certified letters asking for a refund. I went to his address and no one was there. I plan on taking this company to small claims court next week. I just want to warn everyone else out there not to do business with this company.
