Called the morning on the day my AC went out. Rudds tech Josh made it out early next morning, promptly troubleshot the issue to a bad compressor start cap replaced it for me up and running in 15 mins. Then checked the refrigerant pressures, and the found they were on the lower side. Gave me 2-3 options as my system was on the older r22 refrigerant. Great service!Review from James S

The 4 young men from RUDD plumbing &!heating and air arrived as scheduled. They were very professional with the installation of my new a/c unit, the original unit came with my home from 23yrs ago so it was time for a replacement! Dokota Carroll done a fantastic job of walking me through on the use of my new unit from setting the digital thermostat to changing the filter and so on! It’s my first time dealing with this company and from all the wonderful reviews about this company from doing my own research, I’m glad I decided to them a call. As far as recommending them to anyone, yes I would I’m a customer that’s satisfied with their business!!! Cassy
