I want to give a shout out to Holy City Towing employees Desiree and David for a great job!!! After waiting 3+ hours for another roadside service company to show up for a dead battery call, we were totally disheartened when the tech couldn’t jump the battery and hadn’t showed up in a tow truck. The insurance company advised that our service call had been transferred to HCT and the estimated response was 2-3 hours. When I called HCT, Desiree the dispatcher was compassionate to our plight and showed empathy for my 75-year-old mother who was recovering from a recent hip replacement and had already been waiting for 4 hours to get her car towed back to the dealership. Desiree explained in the most professional way possible that there were numerous calls ahead of ours since we had just been transferred over to HCT but added that she would try and make our wait a little shorter. Desiree further advised that a driver already near our location was about to pick up and tow a vehicle several miles down the road and she would ask him to come to us after the drop off. After approximately 40 minutes we were elated when an HCT tow truck pulled into the lot. The driver, who identified himself as Dave, was both friendly and professional. Dave assured us that it was unnecessary for us to go to the dealership since he would tow the vehicle to their lot and leave the key in the drop box. We can’t thank Holy City Towing enough for their employees who made a terrible day end on a better note because of their compassion, professionalism, and friendliness.
