      One star review because 0 stars is not an option. I had looked at some cars on their website, and had received an email from one of their sales staff. Decided to go to the dealership to investigate purchasing a car. I then ran into the most egregiously sleazy sales tactics I have ever seen. After looking at a car and driving it, decided to see if we could make a deal. The first offer they gave me had monthly payments almost double what I could afford, and I told this to the salesman. I told him the figure that was the absolute maximum that I was willing to pay, he left me alone at his desk for 15 minutes while he “talked to the finance guys” only to come back with an offer slightly lower than the original but still nearly double what I had said was my absolute maximum. At one point he asked for the keys to my car to check the odometer, but did not return my keys to me. After several rounds of me sittting for 10-15 minutes only to come back with an offer nowhere close to what I could afford, I asked for my keys and told the salesman I needed to leave. He told me ok, that he would go get them. Instead of returning with my keys, he returned with 2 more salesmen who proceeded to try to pressure me into accepting their offer, effectively holdingme hostage while they tried to browbeat me into accetpting a deal that I had already clearly explained multiple times that I could not afford. I asked for my keys several more times, and finally after almost 20 minutes they finally went to get my keys to return to me. I highly encourage everyone to shop elsewhere for a car, do not reward their bad behavior

      Mr B*** came to us in search of a newer preowned vehicle. He set forth some very difficult parameter's for us to achieve for him. Along with having substantial negative equity on his trade in, Mr B*** had very poor credit. While we did receive an approval for Mr B***, it was almost double of what he wished to pay. He asked us to keep working on it and became very upset when we could not obtain anything better for his payment range. Again, Mr B*** had very poor credit and was asking us to achieve something that was not possible. He is a very large man and at NO [point was he held against his wishes, we were doing what he asked us to do! The owner even spoke to him to thank him for coming to our location. At NO point did Mr B*** say he was upset about anything other then his bad credit, and even asked us to contact him back if we came across any other vehicle that met his payment needs. He left pleasantly and thanked us for our help. At no point did we think that this would be the outcome from us trying to obtain the impossible for MR B***!

      Pretty dealership, but Service Department lacks resources, lacks staff, lacks ability to communicate and has inability to keep up with the maintenance, service, repairs on vehicles it sells. Because I was sold on a Ford Protect Plan and Maintenance plan on 2020 Ford Escape by this dealership (good in theory) I elected to have Ford Roadside Assistance tow the vehicle to my dealer (have bought more than one vehicle from) only to not be warmly received, but rather, told that it would be over a month before they can even look at it. It has been 2 weeks. Only communication I have had has been with Ford Protect trying to sell me extended service plan (2 calls) on my other vehicle, plus the Customer Care advocate that Ford Protect (thank you) contacted on my behalf. Advocate has called twice and emailed once. Nothing from the dealer likely because they are so overwhelmed they cannot get to it. Once they get to it, I am guessing another month before they can actually repair. So I am planning for 2 months. Oh, and the maintenance plan they sold me, pretty sure it covers wear/tear on wiper blades. Reviewing my paperwork I see where they charged me for those. So if you are thinking about adding a maintenance plan do the math. So likely 2 months for what could be as simple as a battery. Ford Roadside or dealer should have been able to check that at least. Service manager informed me and the advocate he is not worried about surveys, therefore, I have made it a personal mission to provide them to any service that will receive them (google, Facebook, Twitter (X) and will continue to highlight the issues wherever I can until service improves.
