            I advised them of my AC issue and told them that I was told that the evaporator coil was leaking. Made an appointment for the description above. They kept my truck out of site for over 2 hours. When I asked for an update, they said that the coil had a leak and gave me a list of approximately a dozen item that needed fixing on my 1988 truck. Items that I already new about. Remember I took the truck in for a leaking evaporator coil. No repair of replacement was done, nothing repaired. But a bill for $115. Oh, the estimated price for the punch list approximately $2000. So I paid for what I already new.

            Thank you for taking the time to review our company! While we love to see all the 5-star reviews we receive, reviews like yours remind us to re-evaluate our processes and procedures. When making the appointment we made you aware we must do our own testing to verify the air conditioning system operation and the cost was 115.00. Our technician checked the refrigerant level, and it was empty. At that point our technician evacuated and recharged the system with refrigerant and florescent dye to locate any leaks and test the compressor operation. We do this to provide as accurate an estimate as possible. If there was an issue other than the evaporator core leaking, we want you to have that information! We also perform a courtesy inspection, which here is a link for yours, ***********************.             Apparently you have another customer on your mind. I was not advised of a $115 fee. I described the problem and provided you with the VIN of the truck. Asked you if you could find the part. Informed you that 2 shops had diagnosed the issue to be an evaporator coil leak. Your technician stated that the he didn't believe the previous shops knew what they was talking about since the dryer was the initial problems. Let's get the facts correct.
