We had an apartment fire on November 3,2024. Puro Clean was hired to do our restoration work. When I got our belongings out of storage where the put it many our our items were damaged and stolen. My insurance company contacted them they never responded back to me. I called and was told by Megan that they didn't have any more of our belongings. I called my insurance company to let them Know they never contacted me. I tried to reach out to the owner Mrs.Don by phone and a text message no response. I wrote a google review no feed back. They stole a lot of our belongings and they act like they did nothing. The fire was a devastating. Having our belongs damaged and stolen afterwards is truly depressing. PuroClean as a company will not respond to my complaints.
