I hired the company on 11/14/23 to help unload a truck for 12/28/23 they told me I needing to make deposit of $250.00 to reserve 2 Men. On 12/01/23 we found out we didn't need the 2 men any longer and call to request a full refund since I was doing it 28 days ahead of service the owner Rob told me they don't issue refunds and its states that on their web page and at checkout I went back and look and there was nothing saying no refund. I call today on 12/5/23 spoke to David, he told me he needing to get with Rob and maybe the best they could do is a credit for a future moved> REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would have agreed to $50 cancellation fee. But If I am giving a full 28th day noticed I expected a full refund. POINT BLANK I will never recommend this company. I call my **** CREDIT CARD AND THEY WERE SHOCK. THIS ISSUE ME A FULL REFUND.Initial Complaint

I hired this company to move our piano from a storage unit, into a house we had just purchased. Communication was great at this point and they offered to move it the very same day. Upon arrival, three gentleman came to move it into my house, which does not have any stairs. They were moving it into the front living room. They had it on a dolly-like piece of equipment and when I looked down, I could see they were essentially dragging it across my hardwood floor. Now, I could see they drug it up my driveway, sidewalk, and into my house. They had gouged, dented and scratched the hardwood floors and I then had asked them to stop immediately. At this point, they dropped the piano on the floor and left it there. They went outside as I called Robbie, the owner. He apologized and said he would handle it. He offered to not charge me for the services... well thanks, considering my husband and I had to physically move the piano in the position we needed it to be in anyway. He then told me we'd be compensated for the damage. He also stated that I didn't tell him what type of piano I was having moved, and that I should have been more descriptive, somehow stating it was my fault they damaged our floors? How much more descriptive can you get of an upright, antique piano. He gave us $200 for the amount of damage done... which is laughable. We had two quotes for our floors to be repaired, which was no where near the low amount he offered us. I had the driveway and sidewalk power washed to repair the damage done outside. It has been 3 months now, and he has still not compensated us even close to the damage done to our hardwood floors. I have contacted him numerous times, left messages, without a call back. At this point, he doesn't even answer or return calls. The amount of damage done to a house we just purchased is inexcusable and the way he is treating a customer is completely unprofessional.
