I went in multiple times. The last time in May I ordered a partial plate. They billed me and I paid them at time of service. Never got my plate . When I called to check on it they mentioned a bill from 2011 that is in collections. Have not heard or has this been mentioned since 2011 when I lost my home. Won't allow me to get my plate that is paid for until I pay over $2000. I've been in there at least 3 times in May and no one said anything. Girl was very rude when I ask why this was not brought up previously she hung up phone. Very unprofessional. Just want what I paid for.

The patient for ID ******** called and made an appointment for 2/21/2023 and as with all our calls we ask "have you been here before" or "are you a patient"?  The receptionist scheduled her as a new patient identifying that she had not been here before.  It is easier to access patients have have been here before than to schedule a new patient .  She presented and was given a patient history form "chart" to fill out and was assigned a new patient number.  She didn't inform us that she had been here before at check in -and she did know because she had a very large balance that she had paid on previously.  She had services that day and was scheduled for 5/8/2023 and again on 5/22/203.  Patient came to both appointments and on the last as she indicated she was fitted for a partial denture.for $525.  She paid $131 that day.  I called her to discuss her balance and she said we told her the partial was $150.  We haven't had a partial for that amount in the last 24 years that i have been here.  We would not have told her that a partial cost $150.  She did ask why didn't we ask her for money the prior visits and I told her the receptionist didn't realize she had a balance and that we must have overlooked but I would find out.  I asked her to pay some on the old account and the balance for the partial had to be paid before she could receive the partial as is our policy for everyone.  Her insurance denied her last visit for the partial due to a waiting period of 12 months for major services.  She also said she never received anything regarding the old balance.  She received 5 statements with the last one noting to pay to avoid collections.. Her next visit after that last note was 2/23/2011 in which she paid ****** and services were ****** also her insurance paid 127.20.  The next 3 visits she also paid on her old balance. She quit coming and paying in 2012.  I did not hang up on her --she hung up on me.  She still owes 394 for the partial.

      Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: Never told the receptionist I was a new pt. Told them it had been over 10 years because I moved away and recently moved back. Did not pay anything on old balance because it was never mentioned. I have lost contact and moved several times in the years after losing my house. Upon checking out I have paid in full for the amount I was quoted and was never advised there was still a balance on my partial or I would've paid that. I'm not disputing the fact I have a balance from 2012. I'm disputing the fact that they are not delivering the partial plate. Was never asked to pay on my balance was called a liar and she slammed phone down. Very unprofessional and not how business should be done. If she had been professional and politely told me what my balance was I am more than willing to work on payment plan I'm getting back on my feet slowly but surely

      Sincerely,
