      I am not liable for this debt with Cash advance. I spoke with them. It's been closed. They did not sell the debt to Allied. I do not have a contract with Allied Consulting Services. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested. They sent me a weird template in an email not broken down. They've threatened me continuously through phone and texts and to my family, harassing us. Threatening me that if I didn't send the payment immediately through *****, that my wages would be garnished and my bank account seized. They tried to get me to pay them $500 when the original debt was $150 and majority of that was already paid. I'm going to get a lawyer and ****

      This company has called my former place of employment so many times it is ridiculous. I have received calls from my former employer about this. My former employer advised them I no longer work there but they continue to call asking for me or my wife. My wife has never worked there. They are also calling and leaving messages on my personal phone. I don't know anything about this company or why they are calling me to try to reach my wife. We are currently separated and if she has business with them I know nothing about it.

      I continue to calls and text messages to my phone and my husband's phone about an account that is past due and how they will seek charges. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling. I nor my husband have an account with them. My husband is a army veteran who had a stroke. I am his legal caregiver. I told them verbally, I sent them a message on and online form providing the numbers they need to stop calling mine ************ and my husbands ************. When I spoke to them verbally, and told them to remove me, they hung up on me after taking both numbers down. They proceeded to call me again this morning. I need resolution. We should not be harassed. I have NEVER had an account with them. My husband has NEVER had an account with them. We both have great credit. I need to leave us alone.

      Multiple times over the last two years I have been getting calls from this company regarding an individual of whom I have no affiliation with. Every other company trying to contact this man has stopped contacting me after the one or two attempts. ACS is different. ACS insists on continuing to harass me. Despite explaining to numerous employees and "supervisors" that the individual is not affiliated with me or my phone number I still receive phone calls interrupting my work flow and/or personal time. Everyone else listens, not ACS. Why is that? You'd think at some point during the last two years they'd get it through their skulls and stop contacting me about a man I do not know. I wonder if legal action will be necessary?

We received a request to remove the number on 11/18/22 at 10:47am EST at which time we removed the number. No calls have been made since. I have received several phone calls and texts before 10/5/22, and I last received a text from ACS on 12/02/22. I respectfully request that contact cease and your company issue a written apology.

      I'm receiving calls from this number and is calling people I know never have I received letter from this number. I check my credit report nothing showing I already report it to the federal consumer. Those calls are of Harassment

      I have received repeated phone calls purporting to be from ACS (current call back number 833-857-2989) and others dating back to at least February, 2022 in regard to an individual of whom I have no knowledge of and does not reside at this address nor is connected with this phone number. Threatened actions include a judgement affecting employment and my bank accounts. Earlier repeated voice mails were from an "Investigator Wilson". I made the mistake of speaking with Wilson and he indicated that I would be "removed from the list" and promptly hung up. Obviously I am concerned that something related to this matter could end up in my credit report. I have notified my local police department and filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I plan to contact my attorney if this activity does not end immediately.
