In April of 2021 I contacted Greg S**** from Inlet Pools. May of 2021 I gave him a deposit of $12,960.00. In January of 2022 I reached out to see if there was any progress as I had no pool nor had I heard from him in a while. No response. In March of 2022 Greg finally got back to me via text. At that time I requested a refund of my deposit. He asked me to send him an email request, which I did. He assured me via text several times that I would receive my deposit back. But, as of today, I have not yet received any monies back. I have given him more than enough time and opportunity.

We ordered our pool and paid a deposit of $15,360 last April of 2021 and were told that our pool would be installed by the end of summer. To date, not only do we not have our pool we have received no communication from Greg since August 2021. I have left numerous voicemails, emails and texts and have not heard anything in return regarding an update. At this point, we would like to get a refund of our deposit of $15,360 and do not want to do business with this company because of poor business practices.

I signed a contract with Greg 9/25/20. He told us it would be installed Jan-March 2021. It was delivered 8/21. The hole was dug 11/21. When they finally came back in Feb it had to be taken out and excavated again and placed in the hole again. The pool still is not plumbed, it is not tiled.it is not finished. He will not respond to texts or calls. The last time he didn't respond, he said he wasn't getting the messages. But he responded immediately to a threat of respiring him to the AG office for consumer protection. The contract states that the installation will be complete in 5 days of excavation. It was 3 months. I have given him $32,000. I want my pool installation to be complete and correctly. He has breeched the contract.

On September 4, 2021, we contracted with Greg S**** of Inlet Pools to purchase and install a fiberglass pool. We agreed to put 30% down for the initial installment, 30% when the pool arrives, 30% once the pool is set and plumbed. The final 10% he would get once the entire project is finished. We gave Greg the initial $13,380.00 plus the survey of the property that day, as his responsibility was to sketch the schematics of the pool in order for us to get HOA approval before moving forward. We have sent him emails and various text messages requesting information about where he was in dealing with the sketching. We also had one phone conversation, where he stated that he would get started on the diagram. When we didn't hear anything further, we went on to send two letters - one via regular mail and then a certified letter, to which he did not respond. He rarely answers texts, phone calls or the mail. Since there is no response on his part, we feel that he has absconded with our money and is running a fraudulent business.

I signed a contract for an in-ground pool ins****ation on 3/10/21. Owner of Inlet Pools stated project would be completed approximately July 2021. Pool shell was dropped off in my backyard on April 21, 2021 and finally ins****ed in ground in August of 2021 and concrete work completed in October 2021. The final part of project of adding pump, connecting pvc pipes and electrical hook up has not been completed. Owner, Greg S**** has refused to answer or ignored my phone calls and text messages regarding the completion of pool project. I paid $10,125 at time of contract signing. I have not been billed for any of the remaining part of the contract. I would like for this project to be completed.
