      On July24th my wife and I purchased a washer/dryer set and paid in full. They guaranteed next day delivery. For the next 4 days they continued to say they would have it here next day. They never contacted me I always had to call to find out they were not coming. When the y finally did show up they brought the wrong washer. I had to call to find our why and they said they did not have the washer we purchased even though we saw it in store. The washer they sent does not work as it is missing the locking mechanism. I told them we didn't want the washer or dryer as they were defective and supposed to be brand new. The *** said he was issuing a refund and sending the ***s next day to pick them up. Now 21 days later we still haven't received our money and the appliances are still here in our way. I have called and stopped in repeatedly to multiple excuses. Now they haven't opened the store since Friday morning and 1 phone line is disconnected and the other 2 go to full mailboxes.

      I purchased via Phone a Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer. I gave ****** codes for the Products I wanted. I confirmed during a trip to ** they had them. I was living in **. at the time.December 2022 I contacted them to schedule delivery 1/6/23. 1/6/23 ****** asked what I ordered and the product numbers??? They didn't deliver the 6th, the 7th they delivered a refrigerator, wrong style, it was beeping, I had to unplug it. The next week they delivered a similar style refrigerator, a washer and dryer, not exactly what I ordered. All 3 appliances looked like they came from a scratch and dent sale. I waited 12 months for them to deliver the appliances I paid for. Phone calls, texts, visits to the store, kept getting same response, We'll send repair man, ****** told me he'd make good on ************** "Waiting for the Truck Delivery." All LIES I Heard for MONTHS. The refrigerator produces an extreme amount of frost and it's "Frost Free" and it runs almost constantly. I filed a complaint with BBB, ****** promised me appliances of my choice if I withdrew the complaint. Needless to say the ***** NEVER CAME in. The dryer stopped working properly, so the other guy in the store said we will set you up with a other dryer till yours comes in. They delivered a black dryer the next day (mine was white). I tried using it the following day, it didn't' tumble, to say the least the clothes didn't dry. I immediately went back to the store and the guy in the store called ****** on the phone and told him "the crazy lady is here, she didn't take her meds today and says the dryer doesn't work." There isn't enough room to tell you all the details. I like to buy Local, but these 2 guys at A1 Coastal are thieves. They make up stories, excuses ,promises, tell you anything you want to hear but NEVER come through. They take your money and give you junk. They have no delivery trailer, it was stolen, their truck is always broke down and the repair man is still on his way, 15 months later.

      They sold us a stackable washer/dryer Dec 18th. Missed 2 promised delivery dates without calling (we had to call them). Washer was defective and they missed several more repair dates without calling. Then told us they needed a part. We waited. Then told us that manufacturer was replacing the unit. We waited. Then told us it was up to us to get it fixed while pointing to a Manufacturers Warranty sign in the showroom ..a month and a half later, of back and forth offered us a refund. It took 2 more weeks for them to pick it up -broke our neighbors window in the process. Three times they have said their put the refund through and now another two more weeks and we are still trying to get our money back. Latest? We have been told to contact their bank/third party finance institution to see why the funds are not credited. we are owed $1,300 for the defective appliance they picked up and $450 for our neighbours window = $1,750

      We issued documentation to the customer of the refund.  Any warranty work is through the manufacturer which is clearly posted through out our store. The window was paid for by us

      I am rejecting this response because: a refund document is not a refund as in real money. We even called their finance company and no refund was actually put through. Appliance did not work properly from install and A1 kept us on the hook by saying the would fix it,- they were waiting on a part,- they would replace it, they were waiting for the replacement ....for almost 3 months. If they wanted us to use the warrantee, they should have started there in the beginning, not 3 months later. Warrantees or for when something goes wrong after a period of time. not a defective appliance from the start.

      Correct window was paid for, after our neighbor had to go to their location 6 times and was told one lie after another about payment.

      I purchased a GE 24" stackable washer and dryer unit from A1 Coastal Appliances. This purchase was made in the store, located at ************************************************************. I wrote a check for $1200.00. This was for the unit, delivery, and installation. Delivery was set for a Saturday or Sunday delivery. I got no visit or call on Saturday 28th or Sunday 29th. I called and was told the warehouse loaded the wrong size unit. Delivery was then set for Tuesday the 31st. I stayed home all day waiting and got no call from A1. When I called, I was told they got behind and was promised a Wednesday November 1st delivery. Again, no call and no show. When I called, this time the truck was broken down. I was promised a Thursday November the 2nd delivery in the afternoon. I got no call. When I called A1, I got only a voicemail and no call back. I left numerous messages begging for someone to call me back, step up to do the right thing, and that I no longer wanted the delivery and only wanted a full refund as I no longer had confidence in them. As of this writing I have received no response and only get messages that voice mail is full. These calls were made during business hours. I am beyond frustrated.My check to the business was cashed on 10/24/2023 and they have missed 4 delivery dates. On every one of those missed delivery dates, I have received no phone call. I have always been the one to initiate the contact.I know that these situations are usually considered civil/contract disputes. However, at this point, I think there is a real argument that this has crossed into a criminal issue. The business has deliberately taken my money as evidenced by the cashed check. I have been deprived of the merchandise I paid for. Finally, four missed delivery dates with no phone call or explanation would indicate to me and most reasonable people that this is an intentional and deliberate scam, fraud, or outright theft. I only want a refund at this point.

      Refunds take **** busniess days. The customer was informed this and unfortunately came in threatening the sales rep because it didnt fit with his time line.

      I purchased a washer/dryer and it has broken down several times and I had it repaired and now it has broken down again and cannot be fixed. I tried contacting ****** to rectify the issue but they replaced it with a different broken one.

      We offer a manufacturer warranty with our appliances. This is indicated in the reciept that was given. GE is responisble for any repairs.

      Bought a Frigidaire side by side refrigerator March 17,2023 paid for it and was delivered a used defective refrigerator, have contacted the store multiple times, no call back, and no effort made to take care of the problem.

      11/22 paid in full **** for refrigerator, dishwasher, range, washer and dryer As hurricane victim was promised they would be held in warehouse until ready to deliver with promise of installation Washer and dryer delivered by 17 year old April 2, who dented and scratched the units. ****** promised to switch door ********** was delivered later that week at 7:30 pm which was upsetting because the delivery person was argumentative and belligerent. So much that I called neighbor. He left without installing Refrigerator was installed with two dents and Angelos promise of replacing doors. The next day I noticed shelves missing and freezer was frosting up. In addition, the dishwasher was missing the lower rack. Stove still not delivered but (on truck). Wednesday ****** called to tell me the range was dropped in the warehouse but that he would refund. Still hasnt happened! After numerous calls (which went unanswered) and I was totally ignored, my daughter was able to reach him. He followed up with coming over and working on refrigerator and dishwasher. The dishwasher was installed backwards and water from the disposal was backing up into dishwasher (where its been standing for a week). Dryers vent was taped to dryer and of course it fell out. Met with a promise of having a service person come Friday (no show). No word from ****** either. I am a 72 year old retired teacher, living alone on social security and have been fully taken advantage of.

      The technician informed us everthing was working after he left. If you are having any problems please comtact the manufacturer everything is warrantied(parts and labor).

      If there are installation issues we can come out but on a schedule not the next day. Thats not practical

       

      The refund was issued weeks ago. If you need documentation we would be pleased to provide that for you.

      If there was any cosmetic damage we can exchange or issue a partial refund.

      On Nov. 30, 2022 I purchased an ** instaview refrigerator and ** dishwasher. At the time ****** told me it would be weeks for the dishwasher to come in. Weeks went by with numerous excuses.. Then he told me I can get the one you want from a dealer in ****** who only deal with **. At that time I said the only dealer in ****** is a scratch and dent . ****** said oh no this guy has all new with a warranty. I called him again 4 days later Fri Jan 6th. He said I got your dishwasher and can deliver both on Monday. On Monday ****** called and said his driver called off sick. He said I called another guy who will deliver Tuesday between 12 and 4. Finally showed up in a beat up pick up truck and 530. After taking our old refrigerator outside, took doors off new one outside, scratched our hard wood floors, then could not get the doors back on. After getting into place and putting doors on I then saw it was not the refrigerator I ordered. My husband called ****** because it is now 730. ****** said he would bring the correct one the next day, The dishwasher was in my garage, so at the time I did not see that it did in fact come from the scratch and dent store in ******. I found that the next day when I opened the dishwasher and the tag was inside. On Wed Jan 11th Anglo and a very nice man brought the new refrigerator and my husband discussed with ****** how much money we wanted back, he agreed. The next day my husband called ****** and was told he needed to deal with ****. **** gave many excuses over the next 4 days and that was if he even answered the phone. On Saturday Jan 14th Izzy text my husband what is supposed to be a refund to our credit card. It has not posted to our account and as of today the credit card company has no record. I would also add I ask numerous times for a receipt which I never received. The final straw was when filing out information for the warranty the serial number had been removed from the dishwasher!

      The return is via a merchant account. It takes **** business days before you would see any funds in your account.

      The warranty is an appliance shield warranty and there is also a one year warranty with the store.

      Both of these where explicitly explianed in writing to teh customer.


      As a side note the customer saved thousands and thousands of dollars on there purchase.

      As of this writing it has been 18 days since they said they processed the partial refund. We received absolutely no paperwork or indications of warrantee after asking many times. The serial numbers have been removed from the dishwasher so you can't register a warranty with the manufacture.

      This matter is not resolved and their reply is not close to being truthful. These appliances are seconds and damaged being sold as new.

      Come in to the store we can reissue the warranry agreement if you want. I also have documentation the funds where taken out of the account via the credit card merchant. I have sent a reciept previously that the refund was issued but your are welcome to see the actual transaction

      Originally I ordered a full kitchen suite including a stove, fridge, and dish washer. When they delivered the appliances (later than promised) they all came scratched and dented and the stove was so damaged that they were unable to install it despite me buying these appliances as new. The fridge door was also installed incorrectly and they did a shoddy job installing the dish washer and cut up my recently installed floor. I confronted Angelo about this and he promised me a free stove and replacement handles as compensation for the damaged appliances. Well for about 3-4 months Angelo led me on to believe he was going to follow through with his promise of a free stove but never did. He couldn't even simply communicate with me to provide a status off my order and I had to literally follow up each week with him all to be told, "it will be here next week." Well it never came so I decided to save my time and energy and eventually just gave up on getting a stove from them and went with ***** instead, who were able to deliver in about 2 weeks. I'm not sure how they have as many positive reviews as they have because my experience was horrible. I have never in my life seen such incompetent people. I'm not sure how they are going to last as a business if they can't simply communicate with their clients.

      I purchased a Samsung Stove still in the box new. I had discussed with Angelo the gap that would exist between the stove and the counter since my stove top lapped over the granite. He said there should be parts inside the stove. The stove was delivered and the parts were not in there. I called Angelo back and he said he would take care of it. I called him back when I didn't hear from him and he said he had not heard back from them. Time went buy and because of the pandemic I was trying to be patient. I received an letter that talked about Samsung guarantee fit offer, so I contacted Samsung, now they inform me that its past the 30 days for missing parts and I should talk with the company that sold me the stove. I contacted them multiple times by text Jan 3, 4th, On the 10th I ask if he ordered them from Samsung and I would be filling out a complaint on BBB but wanted to give him a chance to make this right. I said I would give him to the 13th to get back to me. I have also attempted to call but was unable to reach a person just a recording.

I called Samsung personally and they verified this. Nothing is missing from the product she bought from A1 Coastal. Samsung sells the kit separately. I was told they would be in there because we discussed that my original stove had the overhang. He had a stove that had the overhang, and I would have opted for that one. I spoke with Samsung on a recorded call, and they placed it as a missing warranty part but later I got a message from them stating i needed to go back to the store I purchased it from because it was past the 30-day period to file. They said nothing to me at all about it not coming with the stove. The transparency and knowledge of what they sell is questionable as is there follow up. I have ordered them, and they will be delivered Feb 10th. But I will never shop with them again or recommend their business.
