I hired Maid for the Beach to clean our beach house at **** **** ****** ****** Beach *** On 6/11 Jennifer was supposed to come and clean my house. She texted me that afternoon and said the cleaning was completed. I asked my property manager to go over and look at it to make sure the renters could come into the house, and she called me back in a frantic phone call to tell me the house was still very dirty, food in the fridge, mirrors covered in toothpaste, body hair in all the showers and tubs and the floors and sinks clearly had not been cleaned. I sent a text message to the owner Jennifer asking her to come back to clean the house property because the people she sent did not do a good job, it was time for our renters to check in and she did not respond. I called and texted multiple times hoping she would answer so could tell her that her team did not clean the house and that it was past the time of allowing the new renters to check in. After 4pm the renters code allowed them to check in and they were there with their family and small children. They walked into the house and walked directly back out of the house and called me to tell me that they would not be staying in this dirty house, and I would have to find a new place for 12 people to stay, they we appalled that the house would be this dirty and disgusting. I had to frantically call around to find a company to come in to clean the house and had to beg my renters to come back to stay in the house. Jennifer and her company are now threatening to send me to collections because I will not pay them. I will not pay them for a service that was not performed.... I had to pay another company to clean it and I had to repair the damage and trust that was lost from the family that trusted me to rent them a clean home on their vacation to the beach. This rental home is my business, and she has cost me more than just a cleaning fee from another company but my reputation online from future renters.
