I placed an order November 19 2021 with Children place for a coat and a pair of leggings the same day and next day I placed several orders. The cost of the coat and leggings was $ 33.87 the order number is XXXXXXXXX. I was given a tracking number and received one of my other orders above but not the order with the coat and leggings. I was told by a supervisor and representative I was out of luck and had to wait until December 19 2021 . They refused to give me a refund or issue any store credit. I also asked for the name and number of the carrier they refused to go it to me. It is unfortunate my child now has no coat and I have to spend money again to buy him another coat somewhere else. I would like a refund because this same thing happened to me before where they lost my items.Business response
