On, October 22 I received an email from barginsdealswarehousedirect stating that I could get a smartwatch through them for only $5.80 which was just shipping. Once I received an email after that order was placed it showed that I was instead charged $82.45. As soon as I received the watch I shipped it back and even contacted them for a refund and still have not received a refund.

I was offered a camping shovel with attachments for free just pay shipping and handling of $5 and change. I enter my information including billing information. I'm declined. Try again rejected so I call my card company and they notify me that it wasn't them. I tried 3 more cards with same results. Why offer me a great deal and tell me it's for Christmas and then decline me receiving it? Heck of a way to get business!!!

I buy and resell at auctions, flea markets etc and purchased a load from The Bargain Warehouse on 10/10/2022 from a Michelle T******** . It was advertised as new/and clean customer returns. The load including shipping was $10,000. The merchandise was from Academy Sports out of Texas. It arrived in about a week we unloaded it at warehouse and we started going through the pallets and every item had a red tag on it saying defective and description of what was wrong or broke on it, yes every single item. There is not a single item that I can resell, lots of bicycles but they are only good for parts with tons of bent wheels, tubes hanging out of tires, gears and gear levers ripped off, yes every bike. several high end coolers but tops ripped off or broken hinges. lots of fishing rods and reels, again every rod broken and reels are missing parts or the guts hanging out of them. I got 5 trampolines everyone has a ripped safety net and poles are bent. Tons of beach wagons but the welding is broken on the frames or the handles have been broken off. This is just part of it there is lots more stuff such as basketballs, soccer goals, punching bags, deer cameras, lots of metal thermos bottles, high end swing sets, cornhole boards, and tons of small items. Again all of these items are busted, dented, broken, and cant be repaired. Some of the bicycle parts could possibly be sold but thats not what I do. I called Michelle and she was out sick so I talked to her boss which told me to get a lot of pics and send them to Michelle . I sent more than 100 pictures and waited to hear from her which she said the vendor (Academy Sports) didnt want to work with me in any way. She went on to say they (The Bargain Warehouse) would do their part which was not true. I paid and sent my wire for $10,000 to The Bargain Warehouse not Academy Sports. I told her I wasnt expecting any money I just wanted to be treated fairly , and that I couldnt afford to lose $10,000. Please help if you can...Thanks

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/12/02) */ Unfortunately we are in the "return/salvage" world. We sell loads directly from the Vendor, in this case directly from Academy Sports facility in Texas. We advertise the loads as New & returns, just as represented to us from Academy Sports. We have sold over 100 loads from this Vendor & while we have heard complaints about the quality, ALL the customers make money. Academy Sports secondary market would be non-existent if ALL loads were simply trash. We are sympathetic to the customer receiving a load where they feel it is all trash however we state all this one ever single invoice and did so on this particular invoice. Stating "we cannot guarantee the condition of the loads that we sell that are deemed "Returns". We also state that all "return" loads are sold ASIS with no guarantee of monies made or lost. This is spelled out in detail on every single invoice when the customer pays. We say this to cover our Vendors as well, they also do not guarantee the condition of their loads & therefore offer no credits or refunds. We also do not ask for more money when the customer wins BIG on a load, therefore we cannot refund if someone were to lose. We did offer a credit with this particular customer to which he has not used. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/12/02) */ I see they did message BBB back and said they offered me a credit. That is absolutely not true

On November 19, 2021 The Bargain Warehouse offered me an Amazon Electronics load, after reviewing the information about this load including the detailed manifest of the contents of the load I decided to purchase it, I paid $46,900.00 dollars for it. Once I received the load on November 30, 2021 I started going through the contents of the load and realized that the product I received did not represent what was on the manifest presented to me. On December 2, 2021 I attempted to reach Mr. B****** (owner of The Bargain Warehouse) he said he was busy and he would call back. When Mr. B****** did not return the call I sent him a text message reminding him to call me, he did not respond. On December 3, 2021 I emailed Mr. B****** explaining the situation, he did not reply or acknowledge my email. After that I called The Bargain Warehouse several times a day, every day and I kept being ignored. Finally, on December 17, 2021 after I sent Mr. B****** an email telling him I would take legal action he sent me an email saying the he purchased that load from an Amazon broker and asked for suggestions to resolve the issue. I suggested several very reasonable options, one of them was for the Bargain Warehouse to pick up the load and refund the payment in full, minus the freight that I was willing to lose ($2,150.00). I did not receive any response and my calls kept being ignored. Finally on January 3, 2021 Mr. B****** replied, his response was that I should call the broker that sold him the load. That's the last thing I heard from The Bargain Warehouse. Despite my efforts to contact Mr. B****** and find a solution, he has not responded to any of my emails or phone calls. The Bargain Warehouse misrepresented the contents of the load, misrepresented the value of the merchandise and failed to provide a truckload of merchandise consistent with the manifest provided to me.

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/02/17) */ The Bargain Warehouse bought this load directly from **** from ************* Phone # XXX-XXX-XXXX, email: *****@xcesslimited.com. We purchased the load directly from them manifested by their company & shipped by their shipping department. We bought the load for $5000 more than we sold the load to ***********. In this transaction we were merely brokers, selling the load as described by **** @ *************. Once the load arrived in Texas the customer complained that possibly the load was not the correct load. The boxes were still sealed with the Amazon tape across the boxes per the customer. The Bargain Warehouse never touched the product. Again, the product was described to this company per the manifest provided just as we described to ** ********* The only solution *********** asked from us was a full refund & to reroute the load back to SC or give them a $27,000 refund & they keep the load. I immediately suggested for their company along with mine pull our resources together & to go after ************* which sold the load initially. *********** refused to which we have no solution that makes economical sense. The load they received was extremely large in size, the value is well over $300,000. They could easily sell off the inventory & never lose a penny while making a good return. They chose to hire an attorney & slander this company's name rather than go after the actual seller of the load, *************. As of 2/17/22 The Bargain Warehouse offered a $10,000 credit to offset any loses, awaiting their reply. This industry is full of crooks & dishonest players, steer clear of ************* as they could have solved this problem from the onset. We immediately contacted them at ***********'s request. We sent multiple pictures as well as detailed videos of the fraudulent load they sent, they have NEVER replied. This is an unfortunate situation that would have never occurred if ************* would have sold the exact load that they described & sold The Bargain Warehouse. We are hopeful that our customer will take our offered solution. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/02/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Mr. B****** suggested that his company and I should use our resources to discredit ************* and to bring a claim jointly against them, as I explained to him before I can not sue or discredit ************* because I do not know them, I did not talk to them, I did not make a deal with them. I also explained to Mr. B****** that based on this first and only experience dealing with him and The Bargain Warehouse we do not want any other merchandise from him to avoid the same issue where we are promised certain merchandise and we receive something completely different so receiving a $10,000.00 credit with his company is not an option for us. The only thing we would agree to is to receive $10,000.00 in our bank account, otherwise we will move forward and take this case to court. Keep in mind that we continue to incur charges for the storage of this merchandise until this issue gets resolved.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/19) */ We do not sell this item nor have we ever sold this customer an item. The Bargain Warehouse only sells truckloads & not individual items. Customer needs to check the name of the actual Company they bought from. We receive many complaints just like this from a company with a similar name as ours, The Bargain Warehouse is not where this customer bought their item from.

On October 26 2021, I bought a manifested truckload of bicycles, toys and kids ride on toys for 15000 dollars with shipping, the cost of the items was 12900 dollars and 2100 dollars in trucking costs, the retail value of this truckload was about 60k, The truckload arrived on October 28th, after unloading the truck, I noticed a lot of items that were on the manifest, were not on the truck, I called Michelle, who is the broker at the Bargain Warehouse, and told her items were missing and I was going to do a complete inventory of the items sent, according to the manifest that I received before purchasing the truckload, on 10-29-2021 I called Michelle and informed her I was missing 86 bicycles 1 Real tree mini bike and 1 Coleman go cart, she informed me she will check with her warehouse, this truckload was already at their warehouse when I purchased it, 4 days later I was able to get in contact through email and phone calls with Michelle, this is the response I was given from them, Michelle said she talked to Gary the owner and that they were shorted on the truckload, and that he would pay 1100 dollars to have what was missing from the truckload shipped to his warehouse from the company The Bargain Warehouse purchased it from, and that I would have to pay another 2100 dollars to have it shipped to me, The value of the items I was shorted was approximately 20000 dollars retail. This is 1/3 of the value of the truckload I already paid for, now I have called and emailed them with no response, I feel that 1/3 of the money I payed for the truckload she be refunded or the items I purchased that were not on the truck, should be shipped to me at their cost, I should not have to pay twice for items I already paid for, I bought the truckload according to the manifest that the Bargain Warehouse advertised. I do have the emails between myself and Michelle.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/17) */ Issue was resolved before this BBB was sent. Customer not only received more items than he purchased, as a company we paid his shipping & an extra pallet of Toys as compensation. Customer jumped to conclusion before allowing us proper time to resolve the matter with the Vendor (Walmart). Customer is happy & has since re=ordered
