              Per the Magnolia OBGYN contract all prenatal visits past confirmation of pregnancy, delivery and the postpartum visit are included in the global bill that is paid in monthly installments prior to the childs delivery. After my child was born my insurance was billed for the amount in the contract. Now following my postpartum visit my insurance has again been billed and Im told I may have additional fees even though I did not have labs or any procedures. I was told my refund would take 8 to 10 weeks post payment from the insurance for the post partum visit. I was expected to pay promptly but they dont seem to believe in returning money promptly. I was laughed at and told it was policy not to pay money back in a timely manner.

              This is a horrible customer service clinic. I was told that a blood work request had been sent to labcorp and they didn't send it. I called three times and they said they would send the blood work request in 20 mins to labcorp and did not. The office couldn't even tell me if I needed to be fasting or what type of blood test it was. They are the ones requesting the bloodwork so they should know. Labcorp also called them and they said they would receive it in 15 minutes and they never did. This is ridiculous I have gone to labcorp 3 times to waste my time just because this office does not send the information needed to labcorp.
