    The reps are extremely deceptive to consumers and also placing guests and staff at risk of contracting covid-19. When I reached out to change my date of stay, we were originally "approved" by a supervisor V, only to be told today that we are not actually approved and still need to come to our reservation even though my daughter has tested positive for covid. I spoke with 3 different reps who were all unwilling to assist with changing the dates, and even advised that we could still use the facilities and amenities, despite testing positive for covid. Extremely alarming how this hotel goes about protecting guests and staff

    We reserved a KING ****** for Aug **** 2023.$1,800 Upon arrival I was charged for the remainder of the balance. Getting to the room, we discovered that we were given a smaller condo, it had 3 double beds, no Queen or King ***** I spoke with a receptionist twice before our trip to confirm our accommodations. I immediately went back to the reception desk & informed the clerk that he gave us the wrong accommodations, just to be told, I'm sorry, you'll need to come back in the morning and speak with management. Spoke with management the following morning & was told, you got the room you paid for, a Queen..I show her my reservation confirmation which says KING ****** in which I was charged for, she then says...I will have to speak with reservations to see why this happened & get back with you, but we can't move you to a KING because there are none available!! The appliances were very outdated, the freezer made a loud noise constantly, the dryer needed a heating element, the carpet was dirty & the sofa couch was antique!! The legs were broken off & it was very uncomfortable. We will NEVER stay with ATLANTICA RESORTS AGAIN!! I had spoke with several receptionists during our stay & one of them said, THIS IS HAPPENING A LOT.. The difference of what I paid for & what we got is roughly $500 and no one seems to want to correct this ************** my money!!
