            My wife and I decided to take a weekend vacation to the beach we arrived at Sandcastle Resort and was told they did have vacancies after I ask them how much it was for the room I asked him how much for the military discount which is advertised on their website the person at the front desk call the manager and the manager told me they did not have such discount reluctant to stay we did because there was no other available rooms at any other hotels to this day I still have not gotten an explanation as to why it's advertised on their website but they were unwilling to honor the discount

            Very dishonest employees. I'm due back almost $675 for the room my daughter reserved. On July 18 we checked in and checked out due to the room wasn't handicap accessible. It was told to my daughter the room doors was wide enough for me to get through. That was false. I couldn't get into the bathroom. So we requested another room. None was available. My daughter and I called everyday we were in myrtle *********************** I even called when I got home but they acted like they couldn't hear me. That was on Friday. Ad of today July 26 I have not received my money.
