First walking into the room and taking off our sandals you can feel the sand on the floor. The white cabinets, baseboards, and walls were dirty. I began checking the beds like I always do when staying in a hotel. The pull out sofa didn't have and linens and the mattress was old and worn out. The couch had stains.
On to the Murphy bed. After checking the linens there was a large urine stain on the sheet. After this I immediately called "house keeping" but nobody answered. I then proceeded to the front desk to request new linens. I was provided 1 sheet and a bedding skirt. I was then advised they didn' have any other linens until the following day. We were told they would have house keeping bring more linens
There is no house keeping drinking your stay. You are again told to call when you need something. But nobody ever answers. But they do provide 1 broom and dust pan in the closet. Probably to pick up the sand from the previous guess. I recommend you bring your own cleaning supplies if you choose this "resort".
The next day after going to the beach we came back to our room where we seen new linens on our couch. After checking these linens they to had another stain on it. I then again went to the front office where I was provided different linens. We were also given a 'Big coupon book" for our troubles. Smh. These books are free at every gas station in the area. They also provide one of these when you check in for free.
Going into the main room, the crown molding was falling off the wall as if the building was shift. I also noticed a lot of the doors are jammed and not aligned all over the "resort". The shower in this room had horrible water pressure. The water temperature was Luke warm and you couldn't adjust the temp.
